BEWARE OF MECHATRONICS SA (please read) My car was taken to Mechatronics SA in September 2023 for repair to my Audi A5 S line Gearbox. I was quoted R45k to have the gearbox fixed with a new Mechatronics until. They started working on my car without approval from my warranty company. For 6 months my car has been in and out. The feedback i was getting is that the car needed to learn how to drive and needs adaptation. Zee was the technician working on my vehicle. In April 2024 I received my car back and it was driving fine for 4 months only. I then contacted Chris and had my car collected by Zee in September 2024. Up until today 27 November 2024, my car is still there, the feedback I got from Chris is that Zee has been off sick for weeks and that my car will be given to another tech to work on it. This new tech worked on my car for a month now and has not given me proper feedback. All Chris has to say is he does not know what's the wrong with the car. We only get feedback on a Friday and Monday. When it's the day to get feedback, the technician is suddenly off sick, and Chris cannot answer any of my questions. To add on, they also damaged my left side bumper, I have even witnessed Chris drive someone's car into the workshop wall right side bumper. I urge you all not to use this company and only write a review after 3 months. Thanks for reading and I hope it helps you.
My order was cancelled by Makro due to unavailability of stock even though there was enough stock available when I placed my order and made full payment as well. I don't want a refund. I want the items I ordered. If it's not available in that flavour then I would like an alternative flavour. Systems errors is an internal issue and not my issue. I want what I ordered and paid for. Our internet has been off for over 24 hours and this is causing a huge problem with regards to work and income. We have logged an escalation to which we are yet to receive a call from Vodacom. We called in this morning only to find out that Vodacom does not resolve these issues on weekends. Please rectify this immediately. I have settled my loan in March 2021. Wonga's external debt collectors Alliance has debited my account 3 times which in total is R3000. I have tried calling Alliance but the phone just rings with no answer. The consultants at Wonga have escalated this matter 3 times and still nothing has been resolved.
