Terrible service from the Rotorua Branch. From delivering on arraignments made to giving feed back. Even getting a refund from this branch takes time. My opinion would be to avoid this branch and if you need to buy anything from them make sure they have it in stock before you pay. Sales person Sonia Fredrick not recommended!
I have a store account with Pick 'n Pay, I have now immigrated and no longer require the account, the account has been settled and I have requested the closure of the account multiple times with out any success, I just receive a new account with another R10 taken for there fees. How can you open a account with in 10min but 3months and 4-5 requests to close a account and I can even receive any feedback.
<p>I have tried to opne an account on the FNB web site a few times and each and every time it can not help me, it pops up with a call me back service that does not work, FNB call me back service has not called me back regarding the opening of an busines account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have reported this on hello peter and have been told that the online service works and I should try again, once again it failed, now I am told to go into a branch, my question however is why give a service that does not WORK</p>
I have handed in my phone at Krugersdorp Keywest branch after having it for one day, the phone was booked in on Tuesday morning 02/02/2016, it is now Tuesday afternoon 09/02/2016 and I still have No response from this branch regarding my phone, if it will be replaced or refunded, I paid cash form my phone Sony Z5 = R8600,00.<br> <br> Can you say day light robbery, I have not even gotten a message from Vodacom to say that the phone is currently at a technician being assessed... the worst is that in store it was said that I would have an answer from them with in two days... this is just so unacceptable!!!<br> <br>
Just wanted to point out the great service received from this company, they do go the extra mile in customer care.
I have recieved an IRP5 from this company, the IRP5 was wrong and after a few moths complaining they did fix it and sent through a new file, but they did not update it on the e-filing system, because of this SARS want a lot of money from me which is not correct as per the new IRP5, I did go to SARS to fix this and they said that the company that loaded the original IRP5 should submit a new one in its place, I did contact them and asked them to fix this problem and they said NO, as they are not doing my tax, my thing is, is that it is there mistake that is coating me a lot of money and time and they just dont care, also when you do e-mail them they do not respond.<br> <br> This is just not acceptable and I am suffering under there mistakes!<br> <br> I have a good Idea and ask SARS to do an audit on them to see how they feel when some one does some thing to them that is not to there liking.
I bought a new Sony Z5 compact from the Vodacom shop on 01/02/2016, I bought the phone cash and not on a contract, thus after receiving my phone I left the shop to go and put the phone on charge, once getting home I was wondering what all different between my new Z5 and my current Z3, so I did what any other person would do and have a look, to my discuss the phones screen was not working properly, bringing up a green screen on some displays. Well we all know, return none working goods with in 7days and have it replaced.... Right?... Wrong!!!!<br> <br> on the 02/02/2016<br> <br> I was surprised to hear that my phone needs to be checked in(ONE day old)... after every one in the shops tech corner said its faulty, coarse I said no its with in 7 days... NOW ONLY does the sales man tell me about the OBF... and that the phone can not be replaced!!! lucky for me I have not done a sim swap yet as I would have been with out a phone then for this couple of days, and who would have paid for the damages to me and my company due to the fact of such utter nonsense of OBF and check it in with in 7 days.<br> <br> Its disappointing to see a company having no support for its customers!<br> <br> <br> <br>
