Bonitas confirmed 2024/25 BonCap tax certificate errors on 28 July 2025 Escalations via email (queries@bonitas.co.za), WhatsApp, and calls promised 5-day fixes—still no corrected .So far spoke to 6 agents online including a Supervisor I need the corrected tax certificate for SARS filing or a letter confirming the error as promised.The third certificate sent on 11August 2025 still incorrect

Outsurance is inconveniencing us with a courtesy car, They terminate the courtesy car within 48 hours of them processing the payout but the payment take 2/3 WORKING DAYS NOT hours matching the courtesy car.They do not make immediate payment,if they start their process on a Friday,meaning I will receive payout on Wednesday whilst they will take the courtesy car on Sunday,its a bad experience and unfair.The Banking System does not close on Saturday and Sundays,transactions still go through. Its a stupid rule!!
I signed a Telkom contract inside I Store Woodlands and after completing everything I was given a different device. I store realised that they do not have stock at the end of the transaction. They then said they will cancel the transaction. I left the store without a device as they said it has been discontinued. Telkom billed me for the contract charges and stated that I store must give proof that I did not receive the device. I store woodlands is failing to provide Telkom with proof and Telkom blocked my other number with them stating early termination of a contract. They are refusing to waiver the full term contract charges against my name. I am unable to use the number that I pay for Monthly due to this. I have engaged both companies for the last 37 days with no luck, only promises .I store woodlands Reference number 265684
Had an awesome experience at Stijl Cafe co ,Jaqueline street;Garsfontein . A warm welcome, good coffee and parking,nice and cosy set up. It was a refreshing excellent customer service.A relaxed and safe atmosphere. The place is very neat convenient and they use their own fresh garden herbs for some of the treats.
I sent a parcel very far in the country through Pep and the service was more than excellent,they promised 5 working days,it was done in 3,from the moment the parcel is dropped,collected and arrived,they keep you posted with tracking, what an excellent service and system,it was my first and very pleasant.The staff member who assisted me was patient and explained the process very well,South Africa needs many of these.
I am a pensioner (83 years old) Money was deducted from my FNB account where my pension is paid in. First National Bank says they cannot reverse the debit order because the company SSServine has blocked FNB from doing that. I find it very unfair and it means my money is not safe at the Bank. There is no branch of FNB in my town, I have to travel by taxi to do the reversal, and it takes two days and now after travelling for two days ,they still cannot recover my money. I do not earn much,R600 was taken from my account, last month they took R1500,I do not know who these companies are ,what do I owe them for and how much more are they still going to take from me without FNB protecting my money.I need someone to help me
Sanlam Funeral Insurance is the best, they paid us within hours with hassle of sending many documents, when you call they take your details and if the cause of death is natural causes, there is no need for forms ,documents etc. This was my first experience and it was really helpful .Many funeral insurance companies need to ensure world class systems like that of Sanlam to combat fraud etc. Sanlam is the best I will buy more of their products, they think for the people who are bereaved, over and above that we were given airtime to the value of R500 which helps a lot with arranging a funeral.
<p>Telkom called me and offered a 24 month cellular contract with Samsung J5 phone.The phone was couried on saturday 9 December ,but the battery bank promised on the deal was not included in the box,the Sim card given does not fit the phone as well.I called telkom 7 times ,everytime being sent to a different person,holding for 19 minutest times,still no help,one person promised that someone will call,but till today,no one has called,I still cannot use the sim card .I went into a Telkom store but they could still not help me they said i must call 081180</p>
