Bought from them multiple times and been super impressed with how quick their service has been. Even when I had a pre-sales query their team was quick and helpful.
First time customer but have to say I am impressed with how quick and efficient the service was.
Deserve no stars as Standard Bank does not take fraud seriously. I reported an incident on 1 December and despite numerous phone calls and emails I am yet to get any feedback. I can only assume that they are part of the fraud in this country and benefitting from it thus do not want to see it stopped.
Until now I would have recommended this company as the signup and support has been pretty good. Unfortunately the same cannot be said about their billing department. An incorrect invoice was raised as a downgrade was scheduled on my LTE service, I informed them immediately of the error and even after multiple emails which appear to have been ignored and calling the incorrect, higher amount was debited and now it is proving impossible to get someone to sort out the error and refund the money incorrectly billed. Quick to bill but unable to sort out their mess.
Worst sales service ever. Placed a pre-order during the build phase of a fibre provider build and then when the area goes live they don't process the order and give you the run around when you contact support trying to find out why they have not processed it.
No communication about account suspensions due to non-use, and when you call for assistance, you get the runaround and no feedback. Then when you try to close the account even more drama. Good riddance.
<p>Never in all my life have I experienced such incompetence. FICA documentation is understandably a legal requirement but when a bank keeps putting accounts on hold without notification due to FICA compliance not being valid, yet it has been done at least five times, all I can assume is that the administration of this process is run by a bunch of incompetent people. Thank you for jerking me and my wife around yet again, you abviousy do not value keeping customers.</p>
