Worse , *********** people working there . Contact them to trade my car in on a bakkie . I send the settlement 4 times , they send to the bank , gets approved , validation done and approved . Did the link verification . Was told we can collect the bakkie . I got insurance ...... couple of hours before I leave I get n voice note on whatsapp . Not a call , but a whatsapp voice note to tell me they made a mistake when capturing the deal . There is no more deal sorry . That's it ....... the manager doesn't call back after multiple requests . Please people, stay away
I bought a BMW 320i from a guy called Richard at callabee automotive in Roodepoort . He gave me the booklets etc the day I collected the car and put it in the leather folder in the cubbyhole. More than a year later I took the car to trade it in and when I took out the books the was no service book . I contacted Richard and was told with a don't care attitude they sold me the car without a service book . I was told , he doesn't know why I contact him , what must he do . I was not informed the car had no service book , I was made to believe it had one . He doesn't even offer to help me get one . He had the ordasidy to send me the contact details of the Ombudsman.......... People stay away from these people . They are dishonest , no service and don't give a damn about what they sell you and how they treat you afterwards
My ride took the wrong details when I traded the opel in on a Nissan. The did the deal according to a screen shot of some registration documents, not on the documents ( settlement letter from the bank) now I'm being threatened because the though the opel was a 2018 Cosmo, when the settlement lettle stats 2017 enjoy and I even told the salesman so. I signed the contract online, when I got to the dealer there was their own documents to sign. I didn't have my spectacles with me so I asked the salesman to read to me and I signed. Now I get blamed because the bought the opel as a 2018 Cosmo, after the settlement letter, the license disc and thd copy of the registration doc was sent to them and I told the salesman when he inspected the car. Now they threatened to go to the police, cancel my deal and contract and seek legal advise if I don't pay R20000............... Because they didn't verify against bank documents...... Now I'm to blame. I have been treatend that they will take it to the SAPD, that they won't settle the car I traded in. They didn't go according to the bank settlement letter, they went according to a copy of a registration document that doesn't even belong to me or my car. So they don't check for accuracy, for fraud, for detail nothing. I asked the sales person to read to me what I'm signing as I didn't have my spectacles with me, as I already signed the contract online the previous evening. So for negligence, mistakes, not checking the bank documents, Im being blamed, threatened and victimized
Below is the complaint I wrote last week on which this pathetic dealership wrote they will resolve the issue. Nothing has been attempted, I haven't been contacted and no resulution has been offered........ This dealership and organization is pathetic, no morals, unethical and they just don't give a damn................... Worse, unprofessional, unethical service if you can call it service. First I had to deal with the rude FNI WOMAN AMUDA , then I did my own finance got it approved, signed it got insurance and when I went to take delivery of the car, the buyer, ERTJIES went out of his way to find fault with my car and cancelled the deal. Just handed me the keys and walked off. Just because when I bought the car, the dealship I bought it from had scratches and chips removed. Now because of that he is telling me the car wasn't in an accident, but was resprayed. The IDIOT DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RESPRAY AND CRATCH AND CHIP REMOVAL. I DROVE 160KM, to collect the car...... After everything was approved, accepted and signed for. How low, unethical can you get. STAY AWAY FROM INSPECTACAR........... WORSE WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER, UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST.

I bought a Opel Mokka who has had a noise at the door like wind blowing in when you drive over 120km, but apparently those people are Deafas me and my mother can hear it clearly. . The came to collect my car 3 times, drive out all my petrol, just put enough petrol in to get the car back to me. Still the door isn't fixed, the car has paint overspray but yet I'm being told it wasn't in an accident. They promised to remove it. They haven't, it's been two months still no number plates, every time I have to beg for new permits. The service hystorty wasn't completed in the book, was promised a printout ouf the services, nothing. The front brake pads are almost steel on steel but nothing is being done. I just get ignored. Now I get this ****y attitude, I musnt bother Jim after 5. Which never bothered him when he needed stuff from me before. Christiaan Louwies makes promises he never keeps, loves to ignore you and tell you lies to keep you quite. I now wonder if this car wasn't in an accident
My son has been with King Price for years so he convinced me to also join . But the first time we ever claim with them we receive this horrible service . The cars back window broke , we processed the claim last year November . So we were told they would contact us to take the car in to have the back window replaced . Two weeks went by and nothing . I phoned in and was told an urgent email will be sent . Another two weeks went by and nothing . Phoned in again and was told that they were so sorry , another urgent email will be sent . And once again nothing . All this time im driving a car without a back window . Last week we phoned in again and was told someone would phone back , no one did . So my son logged a complaint with them . Then this lady phoned my son and told him they cant find a window and what does he propose they do ..... My son then took it upon him to go look for the window but couldnt find one . Then today i phoned the manager who told me they are going to cancel my insurance as they cant find find parts for this car . This after they took it upon themselves to insure the car , took my payments and once you claim they want to cancel your insurance .. Stay away people
I bought a Zotye Nomad from this dealer last year May . When we inquired about this car and the availability of its part we were told they are all over . So we bought the car . Got the car , had a few faults which they fixed some of but the gearbox wasnt fixed . The more i drove the bigger the problem became . I emailed Wynand , didnt hear anything back . So took the car to a Mechanic who told me the Main Shaft BRG 5th synco and hub had to be replaced . So i sent a complaint into Imperial , after a huge fight they gave me a loner car till the Nomad was fiixed . There Are NO parts for this car , nowhere !!!! Then the back window got broken at the Mechanic , cant even find a window on this car . I was sold this car with the promise from Imperial that there are parts for this car . Then they didnt want to fix the gearbox and 3 months later the Nomad is still standing , NO PARTS !!!! i want them to take the car back as it was sold under false pretenses and false advertising . They sold a broken car with the knowledge that there are no parts . Also no the insurance want to cancel my insurance as the car was discontinued , no parts . They must buy the car back or swop for another car .
I joined this agency in finding a job overseas . I was told that i will have a job in 3 months or my money back . Up to date i applied for 4675 jobs and not one offer . Only feedback i got was to say companies couldnt open my CV and Certificates . Now i want my money back , and they have long sad stories and excuses . Most of the time i just get ignored . I just want my money back , i wouldnt refer this agency to anyone . They are useless , unprofessional , unreliable and they dont stick to their promise . Once they have your money you are lost . i DONT WANT EXCUSES OR STORIES , I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK .
