Bad service
I phoned discovery health today about my flexing care health scheme. I get told that my account elapsed due to no fund in my account which is ******* I did tell when I switched accounts from Fnb to nedbank. Monday I had to make an appointment for Friday as I have a groth on my back I phoned discover up to get the list of doctors. So they sent to me I get told today at 11am when I phoned up they got no record of me phoning up. They could explain to me why no body bothered communicating with me about my medical aid. All this time for last 2 years I thought I had medical aid? I ride motorcycle and no body phones me. So know I need to go visit I government hospital due to fact I'm unemployed and have no mediacka aid due to discovery couldn't pick up a phone noar email me. I do hope the nhi comes into play and all medical aids loose business

Long over due labour matters
I've been balling with labour cases and 1 civl case I reported the one labour matter on the 9th of october 2024 when I was fired over resignation I asked legalwise for help I have told them van only pick up phone at lunch time but they don't respond. Case matter wf8407988 I'm still waiting for response for last email sent last week. Asking them weres the appointed lawyer have they phoned my old company to request the irp5, proof they paid my 15 days leave into account etc. Still no out come. I would like a manager or someone else to phone me about this matter this is poor service. T. V. Add states you'll get a very good lawyer to win cases it's just another big **** until proven wrong

Not answering phones
Capitec legal department does seem to answer there phones I have waited on a phone for 30min no answer. To sort a legal issue seeing they can't fight there own battles sent there lawyers after me. I have also not received an email to date with capitec banking details and statements.

Closed before trading hours end
Incredible *******ion cradle stone mall closed there doors 20min before actually actually closing time which is 18:00 the sales people in shop just looked at me.

Staff don't know there prodcuts
I went to builders warehouse by Northgate yesterday at 12:30 I went to the staff in the pain section asking for fine line tape to make lines with they tell me to go look in the power tool section. Most of the staff at these places aren't very clued up of products.

Bad bank.
At 13:00i went to capitec bank cradle stone mall. To negotiate for payment arrangements as I am not working they phoned there main office main office told him they are unwilling to negotiate terms and come to some agreement. Between capitec and saps of this country due to the ***** case they both useless

International service not willing to help if get stranded
I ve tried to sort out why I can't use international data roaming while out of the country vodacom bluntly told me I would have to ride all the way back to south Africa to load international data to ride all way back to Namibia. I asked and if I get strated with out signal now it my problem show vodacom doesn't care

Won't take items
Cash converters aren't the place to sell things they give very little for what u have all tell you well cattle to sell it. Like they want u to give items away for nothing. Was told a centurion they take plastics etc when I took items to Morleta Park cash converters. For all plus glass dishes was told they'll only give me 85rand. Took my items gave to charity shop. Cash Converters are the biggest bull****ers out there..

Bad out come and no solution
I'm writing about this business. I heard great things about them but when I tried to auction my car I was very honest to them of what was wrong with it. The buyer offered me 27000 for it. He came around to look at car went home and then decided to change his tune and only give me 18000 but he offered 27000 to me this is just another low lining business of people lying to the nation and bull ****ting them into believing its all good but its not.
