I had ordered a Jeronimo Rapid Fire Bike for my son birthday on 17 December 2017. only to get told today the 11 December that their is no more stock of the bike. No notification what so ever to inform me that they had credited my account and that the bike is no longer available.
I really am very disappointed in the level of service im getting from RBS. I constantly call and follow up on a claim but my call is hardly or never returned. I feel like they really dont care.
<p>Adt and react alarms are very quick to take money from your account. When questioned and asked about it there is no proper or adequate response. </p>
Old Mutual has incorrectly submitted a tax cerificate to SARS on my name and now i need to fight and call them just to have it removed. Everyone i speak to says they will have someone call me back however its been a week now with no response.
I have been called by miway insurance brokers to take up R1000 bonus challenge. They were unable to beat my current insurance. They then said i was to email my current insurance policy papers. I did this. A day later they called me again to say they looked at the policy and can beat the premium if they match like for like. I then said they should send me the documents to see. I have not received anything from the manager ryan or consultant. I think this is shady business and compitition. If this is the way they are then i diffinately would not want to take insurance of any nature by Miway.
