This company keeps on phoning or sms me for months now about debt of other people. Latest ref ********** 187 mangaung account. Why do they keep bothering me even if I told them it is not my account? Why dont they send the account to the physicycal address?
After 4 e-mails since 12 Oct vodacom cannot explain a new contract on my wifes name. Even after a ref nr EC-0C29-321H0Q given on the 25 Oct they deducted more money. They promised proof but nothing is happening. What sad and bad attitude.
Ref 1- ********** ********** (vodacom ref) Vodacom charged my wife for a new contract that she knows nothing about. They told her they will send proof within 3days.nothing happened since 13 october and after 3 e -mails.they dont even want to send her the ombudsman's address. How often is this happening in Vodacom. Why no response? Is this standard vodacom service?

I,ve ordered chronic medicine on Monday 31 Aug. After following up on Wednesday I was promised delivey the next day and then by Vriday morning. I've lodge a complaint on Virgins website on the 29 May 2015. I received a reply that someone will contact me or I must phone the manager(obviously he/she don't have time for complaints)<br> Nobody called me. it is no use to complain on the website talking to a robot.
