You don't even get half of what you pay for with Dairy****'s tubs of ice-cream. There must be a hole in the tub . . . Definitely no value for money
Utterly disgusted that Dairy**** has the audacity to sell a 1.8l icecream tub that is approximately 870ml short of what is supposedly being sold. What ever happened to receiving value for money? And who in their right mind pays for something they aren't getting. I believe that they call it daylight *******!!
In the day and age that we are living in, we are so used to the ordinary levels of service that we are taken aback when we come across the extraordinary. And this doesn’t just happen by chance. It takes significant efforts, extensive organizing, a strong sense of respect for others, accountability, empathy, and integrity to reach such an extraordinary status, and to uphold it consistently. Congratulations to the Kloof Road Medical Centre team for the stellar service it provides to patients from the moment one steps onto the premises, throughout to the moment that one walks out. A special caring touch in medical practices goes a long way.
Think twice before purchasing a Defy appliance because you don’t get treated as a customer when you require customer service. Defy’s approach in handling customer-related matters exhibits a lack of interest, indifference, and unwillingness to leave their customers satisfied by addressing issues effectively and professionally. Customer service wasn’t born in the stone age but is rather key to customer retention and business growth. No company can successfully run a company these days without putting the customer FIRST!
<p>After informing Nutri Woman head management about an unpleasant experience with one of their products, they responded with a proposed offering to ease the skin irritation, only to find out that they were empty promises that never materialized. This reflects poor consideration towards the customer as well as complete ignorance and disregard in resolving customer problems. A clear indication that their customer service is lacking.</p>
<p>I have been without a land line and adsl for 16 days.</p> <p>When I called to follow up , I was told the log was closed as everything had been resolved.</p> <p>Needless to say nothing is functional, and EVERYONE including technicians and management have a different story to tell when asked when it will be resolved.</p> <p>I am utterly disgusted at Telkoms service</p>
