I took over the account from the pervious tenant and it was a seamless process. They were very helpful and efficient. The only gripe I have is the fact that the router that they are willing to supply is not able to handle Internet speeds of 80MB and up. So if I upgrade to a 150MB or 250MB line, I have to buy my own router (POV of a new client).

I took out a business contract. The contract details stipulated the following: MTN-Made for Business M - 1.5GB + 200min Bonus - 1 000 On-Net MIN - 6.5GB Anytime Data - 5GB TouTube Data - 2GB WhatsApp Data All for R389 PMx24 I queried the person that helped me, on the bonus 1 000 "on-net" minutes and she assured me (multiple times) that the minutes are for any network. So I took the great deal. After I got the contract, I noticed that the bonus minutes were limited to only MTN numbers and that for the past 4-5 Months I have not been receiving my Youtube Data. I have been trying to sort this out for about 4 months now and it is still not resolved. I feel MTN was misleading on the wording of the minutes as I also looked everywhere for a definition and I assumed the person working for MTN would know what they are saying, Apart from the minutes, I have still not received the YouTube Data that was part of my contract and MTN still takes the full amount of money every month. Each time I I call MTN or go to one of their stores, they are unable to assist me, they just say that the query has been logged and I have to wait.....We are on 4 months, how long should I be waiting? The only reason I have given MTN a 2 star is because the person in the MTN shop is actually trying to help me, but she is unable to take the matter further.
In the past two days (today is 2 December 2021) that I have wanted to buy meat at Seemans Gastle Gate, the meat on the shelves are after the best before (BB) date. There were pork ribs on special (1 Dec 2021) where the old stickers said the BB date was 26 or 27 November and they just stuck a new sticker next to it with a new BB date. Some of them had the BB date scratched out with pen and a "new date" written above it. 2 December 2021, I went because I wanted to buy steaks and they had meat on the shelf ranging from 25 November 2021 to 1 December 2021... The meat is quite past the Best Before date. The Castle Gate branch of Seemans is a very big disappointment as I have never experienced this at the Atteburry branch. I am also a very big supporter of Seemans, but if this is what they are starting to sell, we should maybe reconsider buying from them.
I am a new client to FNB. I moved to them as I thought that I would receive better service than the bank I am currently with and if that failed, I could do everything online. I have currently received no service as it seems nobody is able to help me. I keep getting transferred to different departments. I have spent over 2 hours airtime just trying to get somebody to assist me and actually not transfer me.
I tried getting a quote on the life cover and they do not have any prices online to help, so the only options were "call me" or call them. I used the "call me" option. The automated response was that they would call me in 2 business days, it has been 3 and they have not yet called me back. Otherwise they should change their automated response.
I bought products at a Merchant on the 1st of March 2015 and the amount was deducted twice off my account.<br> I then went to the merchant an asked them to repay me but they said I must go to the bank and request from them to reverse the transaction.<br> <br> I then got a form from the bank and filled it in completely and faxed it through as that was the only form of communication that they are willing to use.<br> <br> Nobody came back to me to confirm that they received it. I then went in to the Menlyn Branch and asked them to confirm for me that the form was received, which they did and according to them it was still in process. I accepted this and I waited the required 60 business days (about 3 months) for them and when I called them nobody was able to help me and the disputes department does not have a clue what I am talking about. I spent about 3 hours on the phone that day trying to get help.<br> <br> I then got a hold of somebody and they said they will help me, I have sent emails and called multiple times after their first reply and I have received no feedback as yet since then (about 2 weeks ago).<br> <br> My has not been refunded, because of an error the bank made, and it has been almost 4 months
