Absolutely horrible service and product. Came WEEKS lat and the leather looks like some has been lying in water for the weeks they were held up, full of blotches and dirty. Iron on lables also arrived cut-skew Atleast I received the items - weeks late and in horrible condition.. but received, at least
Horrible service. WEEKS late, false feedback - still waiting - Received a mystery parcel to collect now, in my region - have to drive 20mins just to find out if it perhaps might be them! Absolutely horrible and ************* - even rude upon being informed that they are ****mers - will not recommend.
I paid.. But now, when delivery is due, I have not been able to get any feedback or response for nearly 2 weeks. They just dissapeared. I had to go to the shops to buy new bedding (extra expense) because school started... And I had no bedding to send in what so ever..
Took my baby to GEMS network hospital casualty. I was forced to pay R1200 upfront out of pocket for assistance to be given. That was November 2024. The scheme is now refusing to refund 'e fully (it took 3mnths to get partial refund approved, only 5 February 2025. They are charging me copayment because the casualty doctor is not a gems doctor. Also took them 1month to send me a benefit brochure. No one is able to assist me with anything at the call centre. You also still can't compare options on the website. HP133 - Great service! Super thankful that the parcel (bottles) arrived safely without any damage. They handle packages with great care. And staff are willing and ready to assist with updates.
I have been asking for a report for the visit my fur-baby for 4 weeks. I went to Valley Farm Animal Hospital in emergency when my house vet was unavailable. I am fully paid (90% was paid in advance in fact) - I have asked in person twice and telephonically 4 times. Even my vet requested the history from them. They absolutely refuse - never having time, saying "we'll try" or "we'll see". This is unacceptable. I lost my dear pet and the history could have saved time or even his life. Never will I ever tell people to go there. This is unprofessional. If you don't care.. Don't care - but at least do what you are paid to do - your job as a professional institution. Extremely dissatisfied, saddened, and heartbroken. All I asked for was a report - which should be on the system - ONE EMAIL AWAY. I had a right to take my pet for a second opinion - as you would any loved one. Being sour and spiteful because of it only causes pain, distress and resentment. Shame on you.
I placed an order, payed.. Received a confirmation email that my order was being processed.. I never received anything. I tried emailing, but received no response. I tried calling but only reached voice mail. I eventually got hold of them on Facebook and they promised me a refund, now they are ignoring me.. No refund, no goods... Im terribly disappointed and upset. No-one has money to throw away today... This put me back quite a bit.
<p>Long story short.. we've been waiting over a period of 40 days for our deposit return from Huurkor. The agents only reply after sending multiple e-mails and only when they answer their phones. According to the rental contract (which is standard to property law) - this process should take up to 21 days.</p> <p>With agents unwilling to give feedback or keep us up to date, we fear that we might have lost our deposit, or we would need to seek legal guidance with this matter.</p> <p>Area all real estate / rental agents this scaly - why do people always have to struggle with these types of professions to be upright and lawful?</p> <p>We've just bought a property that we are fixing up, and my experience has taught me all to well NEVER to use any form of agent when renting it out, as this only shines a bad light about the owner and the honesty of their dealings.</p>
