Pudo, I am annoyed and disappointed to the point that I will no longer use PUDO... every, but every time I use our local PUDO the locker is either no opening the locker as it should or the locker that was assigned is out of order and will not lock. every time I have to opt for larger than required lockers at unnecessary cost to myself. Today with waybill LOCK04007226 I had to move to a massive locker for a parcel no larger that a match box. This is at Sasol Steelpoort. What is up with this? are you unable to maintain your locker?? I drive 20 odd km to use your service and frustrate myself.... at the end the cost would have made it a better move to just use POSTNET.... sad to say but I had it with PUDO....!!!
If there was a possibility of rating lower than 1 star I would have..... This business is dishonest and will ripp you off. In particular the so called owner, Ishmaeel de Villiers. some time ago I ordered some VW spares from him, in particular a headlight set for a Golf 1. It was supposed to be new, in the box, never used Hella lights, complete with fittings..... I was send pictures of the Items and was happy with the product as advertised. HOWEVER.... when it was delivered I received OLD, USED and tired lights, not even complete and still dirty...... (pictures of the above available) I immediately contacted Ishmaeel.... He first tried to convince me that they are not that bad, then all the promises of a refund started...... but if it was not that he had to fly to the UK, Staff is off, money needs to be transferred from UK to SA account and all such, then ir was empty promises of the weekend or Thursday or Monday or whatnot....... (proof of communication available) Long story short, month later, no refund, no collection of his ****py spares, no replacement. He is now accusing me that I have a bad attitude, behave like a child and that he will do me a favour to refund my money...... Since then he has blocked me where ever he can, and is not responding to any of my messages......... Please, save yourself the trouble and steer clear..... I have proof of all the above... I have also come across numerous complaints and negative ratings about them.....

For the second time my Dishwasher has failed. Still under extended waranty. Many many mails without reply or with promises. At last I was promised a refund, to takealot only, because their service agents is to far from my location..... All documents and calls log as requested. For a week now I am enquiring about the refund, no reply.... burnt by Midea for the second time on the same product.... They have no clue what Customer care means !!!!

Bought a 12 place Dishwasher through Takealot. Got the Premium 5 year warranty from Midea. Machine broke down after not even 6 months. Send communication on the breakdown to all the Midea channels and logged a service call. Was promised a service technician a week later that never pitched.... on enquiring was told that the service call was unapproved on their system.... been mailing and calling ever since... just promises of call backs and no replies...... WORST AFTERSALES EVER and it seems like ****py equipment also..... STAY AWAY FROM MIDEA!!!!
