Disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service - or rather NO service . Unable to contact anyone to speak to only send a WhatsApp which comes back with an automatic message each time and does not understand. I have been waiting for a delivery and their driver said he was delivering but I was not at home ??? He never came to the house at all . Told me he would deliver the next day at 9am - still nothing and no way of getting through to anyone - never use this disgusting company

Absolutely disgusting service. ordered 4 chairs and was told it would be delivered in 4 weeks - almost 4 months later we battled to get the stock - when it arrived one chair was not working - one chair had holes in - nothing had been checked at the factory before leaving there. phone lines are not working - no one replies to emails and they lie about stock levels. There is no customer service at all and no one seems to know what is going on at all. I would NEVER recommend them or use them again

Terrible company
Disgusting service , could not do the printing then requested money - then refused to repay the money and stopped taking calls or emails Never use them

terrible lack of service and not responding
We used the company for corporate printing and business cards etc - they have now taken payment up front for printing and do not respond to mails or calls - we are unable to get hold of them at all to obtain a refund ! I would NOT recommend them at all to work with

fedex bad service
Disgusting company to work with - very unprofessional. we have been waiting for a shipment for over a week after paying and being told it will be dispatched last week. they only have a call centre to contact where no one has a clue when or oif they answer - emails are not responded to at all . We will NEVER use them again

Disgusted
We booked a package to go to the UK urgently on Thursday 19th this month. DHL subcontracted to RAM couriers to collect the documents on Thursday and were told it was urgent. It is now Tuesday 23rd. The documents are still in JHB and after numerous calls to them they still do not know what is happening with the package. No one gets back to us - Washington and nombelo have no clue what they are doing and do not return calls We are waiting for the manager to call us and he still has not. Their service is disgusting and we will not use them again. Please as many people as possible boycott these idiots

disgusting - no service
We signed an agreement for a year and they were to give us a new website for our company. After 8 months we got an e.mail to say they had decided to part management in the company and would not be doing our website etc etc . No mention of a refund or sorry ! We are now unable to contact Brent who was responsible for the whole thing. Absolutely DO NOT use these guys.
