Don't use these guys. They don't know how to fix vehicle's and Peter can't keep to his promises. Bunch of ****mers.
They took my vacuum cleaner years ago and did not return it. Dealing with many people they still refuse to give me answers. I even asked the reception to get Hein to call me. Don't buy this stuff very bad service and very unprofessional.
My vehicle was in an accident in December 2023. The vehicle was taken to Grorap Autobody and returned mid-January 2024. When asked to see the vehicle in the sun the manager insisted that I see it in the shade. I pointed out to him the fender is not correct and indicated that will be fixed when I bring it back. However, after collecting the vehicle we noticed paint issues, over-spary and even mechanical defects on the repair. I sent the vehicle to an Audi specialist and they were disgusted with the repairs and also the loose parts in the engine compartment. The list is big. It's now 3 weeks and I have been battling with Discovery to get Grorap to give their feedback. Don't be fooled by their repairs. It may look good or ok on the outside but they dangerous in terms of repairs. I've seen some of the reviews on Grorap and I have the same issues. You driving a death trap or borken vehicle with Groraps repairs!!! They got paid for parts, why use glue and self tapping *****s?!! They alsos said it passed QA. wonder if their QA needs new glasses or can even read!

Horrible service from Discovery!!!!
<p>I have had signal problems at home for years now. I have logged requests for over 6 years and I get promised that they will add more base stations to the area. Years gone and still no signal. They sent a technician out in Feb this year and promised me a signal booster. I filled in the forms and sent them and logged a call again last week with no response. Vodacom is this how you treat a customer of over 20 years, plus three cell contracts and a Vodacom Red client. It's not how fast you can answer at your call center or take your debit order but how fast you can deliver!</p>
