Boksburg upholstery have fixed & added high density foam to some very collapsed lounge furniture seats. What an incredible quick & professional job at a reasonable cost.
Bonitas on the whole are not too bad. One big mistake they made is changing our chronic meds which have been fine for years from Pharmacy direct to useless Marara Pharmacy . They don't deliver on time, send the unwanted meds, send incorrect meds, what the hell. We have co- payments in the form of Vat where with pharmacy direct it was all included. We never had shortfalls. My husband's diabetic meds are incorrect, they keep delivering plasmoquine to me which makes me ill. I spoke to a lady at Marara & I have a ref number & she said they will collect & reverse funds back to Bonitas for their mistake. When will that happen???????? Help Someone in Bonitas.
We eventually got delivered meds BUT & THIS IS INFURIATING. I January I sent in a 6 month script with instructions which were NOT taken heed of. I wrote & got a reference number beginning March to STOP PLASMAQUINE still I keep getting them & having them taken off my everyday allowance. WHAT THE HELL. I asked them to stop Mylacand Plus as I have 2 months supply STILL THEY F..... KEEP COMING. WHY ARE WE SUBJECTED TO THIS USELESS PHARMARCY. PLEASE PUT US BACK TO PHARMACY DIRECT Not thus excuse for a pharmacy delivering chronic meds. It really is beyond a joke now.
This the most infuriating company. They do not deliver chronic meds, overcharge, send the wrong meds, don't answer phones or emails. Just a disgrace all round.
The service was excellent to begin with but now it has been sorted no communication in exact dates. The lady dealing with it is never in the office.
My son went through MFC for solar to be installed. The man Phillip was slow & made the process drag on. There was no getting all the necessary paperwork done at once. We had to endure 2 lits of loadshedding because of his tortoise pace. This is not good enough.
What a disgusting service. We are 75 year old & on Bonitas Primary plan. We were invoiced on 01.03 for chronic meds & as of 13.03 not received them. We have run out & now will have to go to the chemist for emergency pills. What a disgrace. Whatsapp number has stayed on "Hi" for a week with no joy, phone numbers ring, tried 8 times & kept being cut off. Why why did they move our Bonitas plan from Direct Pharmacy.
My husband & I are 75 on Bonitas Primary. Our chronic medication supplier has been changed to Marara from Direct & what a mess up. I was charged on 01.03 for our chronic & to date 13 days later not received delivery. We have run out of chronic & will have to get emergency pills. Direct Pharmacy was good for years but just our plan level gas been changed to an inferior supplier it looks like. It us absolutely disgusting. Why change something that works & why just our plan.
My husband & I went to Graphite to look at getting a panic button. We were interviewed & helped by Dihanna who was more than helpful, efficient, professional & kind. She got us a very good deal & executed it with compassion. We were also helped by Frikkie who was an amazing person. They are an asset to Graphite as Graphite is to our community. Nothing is too much trouble for Graphite.
What an incredible helpful, professional, friendly lady who organized roadside assistance in September when we were coming home from a wonderful Kruger holiday. It was hot & worrying for us oldies of 75 when our car broke down after having spent over R15000 on getting it so called 100% fixed by Malcolm Esterhuizen. It was a wonderful relief to be collected & brought home with our car by FM TOWING.
