I have canceled the account on the 29 September 2023 due to bad service and I received the email that I will be contacted by the consultant and no one has contacted me not that I want to be contacted all I need is this account to be canceled, closed and stop billing me for your services I didn't use. The last time I used Rain was on the 29 September 2023 the day I canceled and closed it. Stop billing me and close this asap.
Hi I orderd with Superbalist on the 9th April 2023 on the 14th April I received an email that my order is cancelled and I will receive a refund without being asked if I want an ewallet, voucher or refund. The funny part is that no one phoned nor emailed me to ask for my banking details. On Friday, 21st I phoned Superbalist with my own money since 5 days has passed without the refund nor someone asking for banking details, after holding for 15 minutes I talked to Raees.B and he sent an email asking for my banking details which I responded immediately providing the banking details the next day (Saturday) I receive an email from Superbalist that said Your refund of R519.00 has been processed to your wallet. The funds will reflect immediately. Until this day I haven't received my money from Superbalist. I phoned again on Friday 05 May, I spoke to Florence she said there was another problem in processing my refund to capitec and I only find out again about the problem when I'm the one who call them the funny thing is that I first gave them FNB banking details only when I phoned the third I heard that there was a problem with processing my refund hence I gave them Capitec Banking details but I again the same story. Florence promised that she will escalate my problem and I should get a voucher/ ewallet in 24 hours until this day no refund nor ewaalet of voucher from Superbalist and no one has even bothered to call me. I want my money All I want is my money so that I cut the umblical cord with superbalist I followed up again on the 9th May, again Florence told that the refund was successfully processed this time it should take 3-5 working days. After 5 working days I followed up since I have not received anything, Inshaaf.C rep**** on the 15th May that I shouls provide bank statements. I provided bank statements and he never responded after. On the 16th I sent an email, no one responded aagain today (18/05/2023) I sent two emails, Natasha.K responded 30 minutes to tell me that the refund was unsuccessful while Florence.H said the refund was sucessfully processed on the. Superbalist is a ****, I don't know what to believe because they are bunch of ****s and ****mers.

Greetings I invested R15 000 with SD Fam Link on the 14th April 2022 and I paid the money to Sinethemba Dleke's account. I received the confirmation that said I will get my payout in July 2022 until now I'm still waiting for my payout. I have been engaging with SD Farm Link since September 2022 regarding my payout and I was told that there's an investigation in progress so the payouts are put on hold since their bank accounts are frozen. In October 2022 again I enquired about my payout and they confirmed that all outstanding payout will be paid on the 31st January 2022 with a 2% incentive. On the 27th January 2023 I engaged with Sinethemba Dleke about my payout since no one asked for my banking details, Sinethemba asked for evidence of what I was telling him. I sent him the confirmation letter and confirmed when I invested. He responded to say I need to another R1000 payout fee to get my money and also for him to access the money. This was all new to me because there were no terms and conditions of R100 payout fee I was made aware of even on the confirmation letter. Until this day I have not received my money and no one from SD Farm Link has contacted me. Sinethemba Dleke deserves jail nothing else.

I received the confirmation letter that said I will be paid in July 2022 and that has never happened. I have been enquiring for the past 6 month from SD Farmlink staff about my payout and I was told about the investigation that is taking place and their bank accounts are frozen. I made a follow-up on the 31st August, 03 September 2022 and I got a response on 5th September 2022 that all payments will be done on the 31st January 2023 with 2% addition incentive. Last week Friday the 27Th January 2023 I enquired about the payout since no one asked for my banking details taking into considering that the 31st is in 3 days time. I then talked to Sinethemba Dleke via Instagram dm, he asked for proof of what I'm saying regarding my payout not paid. I sent him the Confirmation Letter, he asked when did I invest ? I said on the 14Th April 2022 it's been almost 7 months now since July 2022 I've been waiting. He showed me a temporary screen that shows R40 000 payout and he said I need to pay R1000 payout fee to get R40 000 not R30 000 I said but when I invested my money there were no terms and conditions of payout fee, where is this coming from ? He responded with arrogance saying " what's difficult in paying R1000 to get R40 000?" I said because I've been waiting for my money for more than 6 months and how can I trust him again with my money. Yesterday it was the 31st January 2023 and no money came in from SD Farmlink. Sinethemba Dleke is a scammer that wants to leave a flashy lifestyle from people's money, and I told him I need to organise I funeral with the money I can even send him death certificate but still he wanted me to pay R1000, that is to scam me again. Sinethemba Dleke deserves a jail sentence for scamming people, he is a crook in branded clothes that he buys with our money.
Hi I booked and paid for a rented car with Hertz on the 10-10-2022 to be picked up on the 13-10-2022. I sent all required documents to the cross border email and the other reception email on Tuesday the 11-10-2022 since I was going to cross the border with the car and there was no acknowledgement of the email nor any response. On Thursday the 13-10-2022 I picked up the car at OR Tambo airport around 09:25 am then paid the deposit after that the lady by the name of Didi was not even aware that I'm crossing the border with the car while I sent all documents 2 days ago. She asked for my license and I gave her my temporary A4 license since my driver's license expired and I also gave her the expired card. She gave me the car keys then after asked me to pick up the car seat at their offices. I received a call from Didi before 12 luckily I was still in the airport and she told me her manager said I won't be allowed to cross the border since I don't have e-Natis papers that they did not issue due to my temporary license I said this is the same license I sent twice two days ago and you did not respond. We sat at the airport for more than 3 hours waiting for those papers and a lady by the name of Martheron I'm not sure about the spelling but she said she will send all my documents to risk and ask them to approve and release the papers. Eventually we received the papers 3 hours later, while I'm also travelling with a toddler. I will never ever use Hertz again they are not professional.

Greetings I bought a mercedes benz c200 amg line in 2020 and I insured it with Discovery including house contents for about R265 000. To my surprise last week I have received an email that says the premium is increasing from R1645 to R1855. I have never claimed anything from Discovery for the premium to increase by more than R205. I am taking my services elsewhere because this is ridiculous, there are no salary increases and how to you go up with more than R205. I am done with Discovery Insure
Greetings I invested R3000 to SD Farmlink on the 26 January 2022 to Sinethemba Dleke's capitec account. I received a confirmation letter after 2 days that I receive the payout of R1000 on the 15 May 2022. I was then informed in May that there's been a problem their accounts are frozen the payout will be postponed by a month. I asked Sinethemba Dleke, when exactly will the payout take place and he confirmed on the 10th June. After not receiving the payment on the 10th I asked Zintle when am I receiving my payout and she said between 10-15th June. Thus this far I haven't received my payout and no one is responding to my messages nor taking my calls even Sinethemba the person I paid the money to. Could you please assist me with this matter
