Do not deal with this firm!! They will take some of the money from your house sale and you have to get another attorney to try get it back! They also ignore all communication to avoid paying your money back. They also claimed the money is held by another attorney, who when contacted, said this is not true? This dodgy deal was done for a family member of theirs, who they are keeping the money for.
We returned a faulty laptop less than 24 hours later to be told that we need to wait 10 working days!!!! while they fix it. Firstly why should we wait for a "brand new" faulty laptop to be fixed and secondly how are we suppose to get work done while we wait 2 weeks for them to fix it!!!! If it is returned the next day they should either exchange it or give us a refund so we can go to a company that doesn't sell faulty products. The customer care is shocking! Who will pay for our loss of earnings while we wait for them to fix their faulty product??? For 2 weeks we are unable to get work done. If they can't sell decent business products then they shouldn't sell them at all. This is daylight robbery as they sit with our money and we can't get any work done!!!!! Makro is suppose to be our supplier. It is their responsibility to sort out the faulty products with their supplier NOT us.
I have been with Outsurance for years and now that i got divorced from my cheating ex, outsurance want to increase my car premium due to my marital status?? I bought the car during my 5 year seperation therefore nothing has changed. Outsurance likes to punish you for being divorced!! Hence i am looking elsewhere.
<p>since the 6th November i have been complaining about the slow internet speed. I upgraded to 10mb hoping this will help and i get an average speed of 0.41mb. At least 30 phone calls and promises that they will send a technician to sort the problem out... i am still waiting!!!!!! i find out today that all the different people i have spoken to who have promised to follow it up, didn't even log it on the system never mind contact the technician as they keep promising. Apparently this ghost technician (surprised he even has a job) has sorted the problem at the exchange. well thats funny!! because 0.41mb doesn't scream fixed to me!!!</p>

After trying to get divorced for 3 years, my exes attorney Kerry Posthumus suddenly decides she won't communicate with me as I am now representing myself and not running up bills.
This is probable the worst management I have ever dealt with. My mom bought a sleeper couch which arrived without legs after paying for the delivery. The manager told us that we must go fetch the legs or return the couch as he doesn't chase money and refused to deliver the legs. He was obnoxious, rude and degrading and slammed the phone down after saying its not his problem and he doesn't need the business.
On a Friday evening Liberty Life double debited my account and they only have a customer care service that works Monday to Friday and this Monday coming is a public holiday!!! Apparently I am not the only one that they did this to.
