Been waiting for order since 6th July. Have called 6 times to understand the delay as the website reflects 3 business days delivery. I am advised that it is a tracking issue and delay on the couriers side and I will be called back with an update. No call backs, no delivery! Exceptionally disappointing service.
It was pleasure dealing with the Clear Access team. Each of them were friendly, efficient and able to troubleshoot and resolve my connectivity issue.
