This has really been the worst experience, I have struggling to get my money back after I ordered something and never received it. I have been emailing carethy for months and it has been since June 2020 and my money is not back into my account. The last email I sent was a week ago and no has even replied to my email. I really dont know what to do this business is taking people's money without delivery of item purchased or giving money back when not delivered
Ek is so ongelukkig, verlede maand het ek perongeluk vergeet om geld oor te betaal in 'n rekening sodat my debiet order kon deur gaan. Ek het dadelik die geld oorbetaal en die volgende dag met die sms opsie 1 gekies vir die debiet order om dadelik af te gaan . Na die debiet order afgegaan het , het ek steeds boodskappe gekry wat se ek is nie gedek vir die maand nie, ek het gebel om dit reg te stel waarvan hul gesê het dit is reg gestel. Op die 20 ste kry ek 5 uur die middag 'n sms om te sê hulle gaan 3 dae voor die debiet order moet afgaan die maand se paaiement verhaar. Ek bel virseker toe dadelik en verduidelik dat dit nie kan gebeur nie ek het dan nog nie salaris gekry nie die konsultant verseker my dat hy 'n email deur gestuur het om dit dadelik te stop. Die volgende oggend gaan daardie deboet order af 21/08/2020 ( die oorspronklike dag moet die 26 ste van elke maand wees) dit vat my laaste geld wat ek het om my kinders by die skool vir die week wat kom te kry. Ek maak die hele dag oproepe om daardie geld te reverse ek het dit nodig dis bloedgeld . Die konsultant verseker my weereens dat dit reggestel is en dat die geld terug in my bank sal wees. Daardie geld is nooit terug in my bank nie. Ek moet geld leen by familie om petrol te kry vir my kinders skool toe. MY PUNT IS, EK HET NOG NOOIT NIE MY VERSEKERING BETAAL NIE, DIT WAS EEN FOUT EEN MAAND WAT DIE VOLGENDE DAG REG GESTEL WAS...EN NOU DOEN VIRSEKER DIT, MAAK MY LEWE MOEILIK ONNODIG. HULLE KAN NIE 3 DAE VOOR PAY DAY GELD VAN MY REKENING VAT NIE, DIE DEBIET ORDER IS VIR DIE 26STE VAN ELKE MAAND. EK WIL ASB MY VERSEKERING KANSELLEER. DIE VERSEKERING BESPREEK NIKS EN DOEN SOOS HULLE LUS HET. DIT IS BAIE SWAK
<p>About a month ago Finrite Insurance sales person contacted me in connection af a new cellphone I bought </p> <p>at Foshini's in Brits. The guy explained to me the policy and because I already have a existing policy with Finrite I also took a policy on the new phone I bought for my daughter. I already payed my firt instalment with the R132 dew on the policy for the 2 phones . My daughter this weekend got traumatised by a guy who had a *****dryer and wanted to stab her for her phone so he took the phone by force and ran away. We went to the police station for avidavit phoned cell c blocked the phone and yesterday I went to TFG store (foshini) to put in the claim. ... The guy working for Finrite Insurance I spoke to over the phone said there is no existing policy, I explained to him there is one why would I pay exstra R66 for nothing, he said again there is not one and they would have to go back to the recording on the day they phoned me. I said to him to please do so because I know I took out insurance on the new phone. This is not acceptable ....we drove back home when we got there my daugter said the same guy phoned and said we have to go back to the foshini store and put the claim in. So we drove back to the store and told the lady working there the guy from Finrite phoned and said the store must put the claim in. She phoned Finrite again because she said she cant put in the claim without a policy number, so when she phoned they told her that Finrite will sent me a sms with the policy number they cant put in the claim. So we drove again back home. This is not acceptable. I need this problem to be solved. If a sales person from Finrite did not do his work properly I should not be the one paying for his mistake he made.</p>
Last week a guy phoned me for a tablet contract and I accept it for R119.00. When I received the parcel it was a router and I phoned immediately and told them it was wrong. The lady said I would have to listen to the recording between me and the guy (investigate). I said its fine I know he said a tablet.<br> <br> Thursday 24/03/2016 11:42 I received a sms that said : Good day, kindly note there will be a delay in providing feedback regarding your investigation. Regards Kgalalego Julia Phokane vodacom customer care.<br> <br> Yesterday 29/03/2016 15:55 I received a msg again from Vodacom that said: A 2GB MBB month - TopUp with number 0636967777 has been activated on your Vodacom account. <br> <br> I phoned the same day the mistake was made TO STOP THE CONTRACT BECAUSE THE GUY WHO SOLD THE CONTRACT LIED TO ME!!!!!<br> <br> Today 30/03/2016 the parcel was collected so I phoned customer care to make sure the contact was stopped and the lady said they can not stop it before they receive the router and that they ARE GOING TO DEBIT THE MONEY FROM MY BANK!!! !!!!!!
I purchased a Jeep Cherokee 2002 model 3.Lt petrol 3 months ago from a second hand car dealer in Brits, named Ref's Auto 0723534444. About a week ago I had a major breakdown on the vehicle, it concerns the cylinder head, which has to be replaced. The cost total an amount of R15000.00 spares and labour. The owner of the dealership where the Jeep was bought refuses to share any responsibility concerning the repair of the vehicle. I have driven it for 3 months. I believe this is not fair towards me, since I am a lady driver, the Jeep was never misused. Please, can anybody help?
