By Concept Cafe in Kloof Street Cape Town Received a Wikideals voucher for Spa and 2 course Dinner for 2 Made a booking 3 weeks before arrival. When we got there, there was no booking. We chose Dinner and Dessert. The meals that we chose came with no garnishing, not even a reject lettuce leaf. Just a piece of tough steak and a bit of chips that were old reheated and hard. We complained about the chips and a bowl of the exact same chips were literally dumped onto our table - no apology The manager seemed very uninterested in our complaints. The waitron's approach was even less enthusiastic Thought that we would have better luck with Dessert, no such thing. We only had a choice of Tiramasu and Nutella filled flap jacks - Wow the normal menu comes with 2 flap jacks, our voucher entitled us to only 1. Nutella really seemed to have sought a warmer place to go to as it was really missing from the flap jack. The portions for the voucher seemed to be a lot smaller nature than what is offered in the regular menu.... Is our money then not the same? Do we deserve less effort and food that those who "pay full price"? Very disappointing to say the least. We will definitely not be going back there. Please save your time and trouble and go somewhere else where you will enjoy the food and receive a warmer welcome.
I purchased a voucher for a Dinner at a restaurant that I wanted to change for a Dinner to a other restaurant for the same value. I emailed the customercare to which I was given instructions to get this done. On completion, I have emailed for than 7 times to request the amended voucher. Appalling way to do business . Will be spending my money elsewhere
My mother bought a loaf of bread on Mon 21 Oct 2019 at our local shop She found shards of glass in between the slices of bread. She contacted someone from the Customer Care Offices (the name she does not remember) and they promised her that they would fetch the bread together with the shards of glass found to do an "investigation" I have to say that I am appalled that my mother has not been contacted since, nor has the bread and shards of glass been collected. Needless to say, this so called investigation was probably never even conducted. Bear in mind that this Pensioner uses her s**** of change allowed to her to help and feed vagrants and other members of the Community. So much for your Customer Care
I purchased my brand new Polo Vivo in Sept 2014. The very next morning I informed the sales person that the wiper was jumping. He said to bring the car in so that they could sort it out. I went in later but the workshop was closed. I later told him that the radio stays on after I puled the key out. Now months later I'm still fighting with them because the sales person had left the dealership some 2 weeks after I last spoke to him.<br> When I took my car in for service the workshop told me to replace the wiper blades and I refused because the problem would not be fixed. After some back and forth between myself and the workshop (and with no real evidence that I had spoken to anybody - denials etc, I eventually I emailed VWSA who intervened and directed the matter back to the dealership. Some more back and forths ... After 2 such emails to VWSA, the dealership replaced my ignition (manufactured and imported from Germany I'm told) and wipers on 11 May 2015 ... Will have to see how if the problem is resolved as I haven't driven the car yet
