Lost my parcel 2 months ago. Still don't have a case number or issue resolved nothing.. Pathetic.
"Lost" my parcel in George depo worth almost R9000. Now every excuse in the book...
No warrantee on their products. ANY defects they just pull up their shoulders and say buy n new one.. VERY pathetic customer service. STAY AWAY.
So my wife fell on our staircase at home and tore her ACL in her knee. OnePlan now wants to cover het operation under Illness cover (which is less and does not cover the operation total) instead of accident cover (which will cover the total of the operation). So being clients for 10+ years and taking our money every single month they don't want to cover the accident under accident cover as it should be. Are OnePlan then going to pay for a knee replacement soon cause my wife can not go for the operation now and she needs it?
Cause of people not doing their work my child's life is nou in danger. I paid my premium via EFT. did 2 immediate payments from same account, same day. They only allocated the one payment and suspended my account. For R300 they are putting my child's life in danger!!! Pathetic!!! My child is waiting in emergency but won’t be seen cause OnePlan is up to s@&£!!
Lost my parcel. Sent them a time stamped photo of the empty PUDO locker. Sent me a CCTV photo of me “collecting” the parcel BUT with a complete different date and time! Trying every angle to make as if I did pick up the parcel and inciting that I’m lying.
5weeks from fully paid for tyres and stil waiting for my tyres or refund. Point made. Stay away
Worst take away service ever. Go and support another take away. They ALWAYS get the orders wrong if you phone in and then the manager has a attitude towards me!? Sorry but I will spread the news and they wil never see me or anybody I know again.
<p>So FNB finally phoned me back today. What a disappointment. They advertise a total of 21 different laptops on their website. Guess what? They only have 5 in stock! Pathetic.... Only one with a descent 15" screen but way over my budget. The remaining 4 with 13" screens or less and without a DVD/CD drive. Thanks for waist of about 2 hours of my airtime. </p>
<p>Trying to get a laptop through FNB connect. Been phoning this whole morning but no answer. In total I tried for more than an hour already. 10-15min a time I'm on hold. Tried phoning their customer services number and the same thing! Really pathetic. </p>
