Quality of work is not good and he had to come back multiple times to fix things that is not working.
yesterday I phoned and hold on for 15min only to hear that the parcel will be here before 6pm, after I stayed late at work, and phoned back just before 6 and hold on again for 7 min and when the clock strike 6pm the call was just dropped and can not phone back again. I tried messaging system and the guy only give me a picture and closed the chat. I tried phoning and after 5 min the support person put the phone down. RAM service is non existing and I can not get my parcel from them. RAM got the worst service of all currier companies
i bought a Hunder X2 with a WAND at Chamberlains centurion and there was issues on the 2 units from day 1 and i am getting little to non service out of them to fix the issue and replace the 2 units, i managed to replace the hunter X2 with a lot of calling and following up on the unit after i took it in as it was faulty out of the box. it's almost 2 months of struggling to get the units working with constant follow-up and each time the need to call the Supplier and then you don't hear from them unless you call them again. I will NEVER buy any HUNTER device from them again. there supplier is useless and the never get any feedback from them.
Do you really have to give them one star? they are not worth 1 star even. I place an order with them and waited 3 weeks before they confirmed they received the order and the payment. i have asked them if they know when the order will be delivered waited another 3 days just to get an answer back they have received the order and is busy processing the order. i waited a week until i contacted them again via mail because the telephones was non existent at the stage so all i had was mail. they again told me the order is processed, not answering my question at all. then almost a week later Mark called me and told me my order is damage they did not have any stock left of the item. i then asked im to change the order to another similar item. because they wanted me to pay more for the same item from one of the other suppliers witch i was not going to do as it was there *****-up and not mine i have also ask him if they could deliver within the same week and he told me it should be possible, this was Wednesday, Friday he emailed me and told me he did not order the item as he now require written notice to change the order. so i gave i'm the information he require. and now he refuses to answer my mails when i can expect the rest of my stock. this is now a week since and multiple mails still no answer, i have no option anymore, as there phones still not working and no coms from them.
Service is a joke. The person behind the counter keeps on making promises and never keeps to the promise.
I have submitted a claim to the claims department, After i got my car back there was scratches on the car, I called Dial Direct and told them about the scratches and the person response was he will follow up on that and 2 months later i still haven't heard anything back from dial direct, That's just bad service.
