I made an order on the 27 November 2025. Until today evening of the 11 December my order hasn't arrived. I called them , sent emails. They keep on saying the address was wrong, it's now fixed, My order will come . Until now nothing, I'm still waiting. It's not the first time I ordered from them, they always delivered to the same address. Suddenly the address is a problem. I'm so disappointed with this service
We just drove off from Shell Filling station in kenleaf. My husband wanted to withdraw money from fnb ATM. There was a lady cleaning there,even though she can see that people are waiting to withdraw she kept on repeating wiping the ATM with no care that they are waiting. Then,when she went to clean the outside glass, after close to 5 to 10 minutes of people waiting for her, when the front lady go in to withdraw, she then tell her that it's not working. How unprofessional of her, she could have told people long time that the ATM is not working instead of letting them wait for her to finish whatever she was doing, only to tell them that its not working. I am so disappointed,since it's my favorite filling station.
I went to pick n Pay clothing in east rand mall on Saturday 11/09/2021 @ 13:21 I was exchanging clothes and bought something else. After swiping my smart shopper card ,The cashier (Duduzile P Sibeko)told me I have R40 do I want to use it, I said Yes. Then to my Surprise she only gives me the slip and clothes only , not my change. Then I asked for my change she said its in the card. I said I never said she can put my change in the card , I said She should use the money on the card to pay for the extra clothes then I’ll pay the difference . They told me there is nothing they can do, its there, I can use it to buy anything at Pick ‘n pay. So I had to make a plan to get taxi money since they refused to give me my change back. Then today Monday 13/09/2021 , I decided to go to Carnival Mall to check if that change is there, and buy something with that money, When I get to the till I was told I can’t use that money to pay because the card is not registered. So, I had to pay using cash again. They told me to call customer services so that they can assist me.
I would like to thank Natasha from the bottom of my heart for a great work she is doing . I registered my daughter with kids on Camera and after a week of registration she went to her first audition and got the job. Yesterday we went for another audition. My daughter is really having fun .. Thank you Natasha
<p>went to Wimpy Carnival Mall for breakfast with my husband. The service we got from Our waiter was superb. His name is Lonwabo.He was very friendly and even went an extra mile to make my husband's birthday owesome by giving us a slice of cake just to say happy birthday to him. </p> <p>I would like to thank the staff , it was a busy day but Lonwabo kept on coming to let us know that our brakefast is coming, but will take a little long as they are very busy.</p> <p>Thanks a lot </p> <p> </p>
I went to buy food Yesterday , Tuesday (23/11/2015) at around 20:50 .Order 141 I bought burgers and a Steak Roll, then after few minutes i heard a Cashier and the staff from the kitchen talking about my order, the cashier said I asked you guys if we have steak and you said yes. After that i assumed that she will refund me and she said nothing, to my surprise when i got home that roll was like a Bill-tong roll instead of a steak roll and the burgers were burned. I couldn't eat that Roll, but because my kids were hungry they had to eat those burgers. I am very angry and disappointed about that service they gave me after Paying for that kind of food and waiting that long for that . its not like I asked for that food for Free. I paid for it with my hard earned money. even if was for free you just can't do that to a person.
We were at Wimpy on 06/09/2015 at around 12:30. we were having a business meeting, we already ordered our coffee. one of the waitress was passing our table when an Accident happened the drinks fell on our table the coffee that was on our table fell, all our documents were ruined and my husband and the lady we were having a meeting with were wet . What I found to be Disrespectful was the fact that no one cared to ask if our documents were ruined and if my Husband was ok, he didn't burn because of that hot coffee. Then this other waitress with brown dread locks ,came to ask if she can bring another coffee and when my husband say no, she turned and said sorry BUT she was laughing, We found that very disrespectful, all they cared about was to give us another coffee so that we can pay for it. I am very disappointed by that treatment that we got.
