We are an animal welfare and very unfortunately we have no choice but to deal with your shocking service!! I am now sick of not being able to manage the microchips on our profile!! You REALLY REALLY REALLY need to look at what your competitors are doing.
I have emailed a request to make changes to my Liberty Lifestyle Protector policy. And I get no response from info@liberty.co.za. Not even an auto response. I have emailed relations@liberty.co.za and get absolutely no response. This is the most shocking service ever. Next I will be going to the Ombudsman.
I have pet insurance with Outsurance. Today I logged a claim on their app at 12h31 and at 13h10 I was notified that that the claim was processed and money refund. A whole 39 minutes! Incredible!
Teljoy EasyFix The contractors they use are pathetic. They are unskilled and quite frankly useless. I am without a stove now for a month. They promise to get back to you and never do. I then received an email from a Marchell Brits with subject TJ0023235 to which I replied and have had no response.
The service is always fantastic. As a rescue shelter we have several microchips with them and we know we can rely on and trust them.
I ordinarily have great service from OnePlan, but I have had a nightmare query ongoing for nearly two years now that will result in my cancelling all my cover. I have 5 dogs on Hospital Plan and requested the addition of a 6th in November 2017. They just cannot get it right. Now they replied saying "Oh sorry for the inconvenience we will add her now though" But they conveniently forget they have waiting periods and excess percentages greater in the first 6 months of cover. This is SHOCKING!! I am so unhappy and really don't want to move to another insurer for the same reasons but I feel I have no choice.
