For 6 weeks now, I have been trying to find an agent. You connect with them but honestly the agents does not really go out of their way. I am so so dissapointed. I tried it at my froends house but her colour was off. All I wanted was an agent to assist me in Pretoria. So over it. They clearly feel in this time where thousands of competitors are available, one more client doesnt matter. Its a shame!
I ordered a parcel of Shein. Paid the import tax. Phoned every day. They kept on saying not reflecting. I then paid it again. Both payments has since gone off my account. I had to send palesa.leotlela@bufflogistics.com the proof. I have now followed this up more than once. SHE DOES NOT COME BACK TO ME. This is pathetic service.
Worst online purchase experience of my life. Ordered a laptop on 16th. Still dont have it I have spoken to numerous agents by now. Frustrated beyond control
I have 2 old business pages that I have not used for years. They were hacked and something horrible was posted AND I received a "so call" account. I dont even know who did that. My personal page was immediately blocked. To rectify this .... I had to send a copy of my ID. I also explained my situation. I have tried on numerous accounts to make contact. I have had my account since 2008 and never transgressed. I dont want to start a new page as all my memories are locked there. The message keep on saying thank you for your info but due to covid we have less people that can look at this. The best of all is that DAILY I reveive mails.... someone is still trying to hack my page and they are constantly asking me to change my password. How os this possible? What amazes me is I see numerous complaints but Facebook does not respond .......
