Motoriite wasted my time
My Renault capture was booked in before 08:00 this morning and authorization requited for a service under my motorplan. It is now 14:40 and no authorization given despite numerous follow ups by the dealership. I drove 89km to get to the dealership and took a day off work. This is extremely disappointing.

Dronegear, great service
I bought a new DJI Mavic mini se from dronegear that came with a free sd card, upon receiving the drone I noticed that the sd card was not in the package. After contacting dronegear they sent me the sd card as soon as they had stock at their cost. Good company to buy from!

New account blocked due to incompetence
We opened a new savings account for our motorcycle club. This was a huge mission as we had to go back to the bank several times because the consultant did not know what she was doing. Eventually, the account was opened and we could deposit money. Two weeks later we received a call from someone at their FICA department claiming that we need to submit our proof of residence or the account will be blocked. I went to enquiries which in turn said they would sort it out and call me with feedback, of course, that call never came. Eventually, the account was blocked. I went back again and was told that they don't know why but will investigate and come back to me.....nothing happened. Again I went back to the bank to try and get this resolved, another week has passed and the account is still frozen. Could someone that actually knows what's going on please call me and assist?

Sick and tired of being bombarded with calls !!!!
I have been a customer of vodacom for many years. In Sept. I took out a new contract. For some reason the first payment bounced, my fault I know.....that time of the month.<br> <br> After getting the first automated call from 082 27597 I contacted the customer care and made an arrangement with them to debit my account as soon as possible.<br> <br> I am still being bombarded by as many as 15 calls and some sms's to all 4 my numbers, being used by my parents and in-laws. I am looking like a total loser.<br> <br> I do get that it started with me, but come on VODACOM....I told you to debit A.S.A.P !<br> <br> I kind of feel like ditching the contracts and go somewhere better !
