Not even worth a star... Good day, this is the worst experience I had at Supreme Karting, Greenstone Mall... The manager on duty yesterday had the audacity to stop me dead on the track to reprimand me for no reason at all.. Just before the race starts he rudely instructed us to get through the course as fast as possible. No stopping is allowed on the track... The staff are unfriendly, their business ethics are ridiculous. The manger said in his last word don't come ride here anymore and made a big scene. This whole experience has *****ed my views on Greenstone Mall. I am sure this means nothing to you, as its one customer complaint. It was my 40th Birthday, and if i knew that i was going to deal with that TYPE of people, I would stay clear.
Please can someone assist. i bought a gig of data at about 4am 1 november, the afternoon of the 1st i still had 700mb. at 12am i went to go but more data, and ALL my airtime was used.... I NEVER RECEIVED ANY sms about the data running low. or that it was using out of bundle rates. WHICH i though Vodacom did away with.... stopped automatically.. Please can some one refund my airtime as this is a vodacom issue of the sms's not coming through.... I received all the out of bundle sms's at 2h30 this morning.i still have not received any sms for the the data usage... I would like my airtime refunded ASAP...
absolutely pathetic customer service from Vodacom, they cannot tell me why i cannot transfer VODACOM ALLOCATED AIRTIME to another number. it does not state that anywhere. why does it say the following then???????????????????????????? Which numbers can I buy for? 1. Airtime and bundles can only be purchased for valid cellphone numbers on the Vodacom South Africa network. 2. As contract customers you are able to add bundles to your own Vodacom Contract when you run out of data or want cheaper in-bundle rates 3. Gift other Vodacom Prepaid and Top Up customers with bundles – cost is added to your bill or deducted from your airtime 4. You cannot buy bundles for other Vodacom Contract customers

i just received a call from someone i take it in debtors. very rude, asked me why i havent paid, the outstanding amount of R250. which i was told after my upgrade would be credited as no one called me from the upgrade department to explain and discuss what happens from there..... i was called 2 weeks ago and told they will have to listen to the recordings, and now this..... come on vodacom, train your staff properly please. this is truely pathetic service as always from vodacom...

Get unlimited data to watch endless shows with Telkom LIT_ 0% data used for 100% entertainment. i was told today after emailing the whole week, and calling in today being shunted from Services, to sales, to technical, eventually to Mobile, that it is correct to use our Data... i asked for a supervisor and Bongi said they busy, so i held and held and held, only to be told he cannot get a supervisor to call me back. so i asked the supis name, and he said there are many, and they are all busy!!!! Bought a car from firmawave / wonderboom auto select on sefako maakgatho drive in pta north. paid in full, after collecting the car it started overheating, found out the clock had been turned back over 100000 kms, after sending the car back to be repaired and it staying at their workshop for over 2 month, it was found the head gasket was cracked and then i got it back and 2 days later the computer box blew. in the beginning i contacted MIOSA and they handled the case finding in my favour, Firmawave is refusing MIOSAs finding to pay me back my money in full within 21 days. do not buy cars there are they are thieves and liars.... they currently have my car and my money...
