Nicol Davis are harassing me for their client that doesn't have a contract with me, and was improperly billed by their client where my medical Aid told their client they'll only pay at scheme rate and accepted that, there after they say I owe them...it's disappointing 😞
They don't have adequate time frame and waited 6Days for fiber reconnection and was changed extra R75 for drilling a line for the fiber cable without no explanation
I've canceled my Cell-C month to month data package since February 2021 together with my MTN stating i no longer wish to proceed receiving data from them stating financial difficulties, but every month they've been debiting till today August 2021 and ended up reversing my money...now they are threatening me with legal action of which i don't understand why because I'm no longer even using the modem since January 2021...I'm so tired and disappointed by Cell-C RSA

Submitted a claim for my late brother Kabelo Handsome Sakwane from Regent insurance company on 18/05/2018 where he had three 3 policies with them No: ********** ; ********** ; ********** then on 20/05/2018 i called Regent that's where I was told that policy No: ********** will not pay out as it was only a month of which i understand, & they're still processing the other two 2 policies it will only take 48hrs... on 22/05/2018 one 1 policy from the two 2 paid out R10-000 which was the funeral cover & one 1 did not pay, i called Regent on numerous times from that day till i decided to go to their offices in Bramfontein JHB where i was given a IL002 form that needs to be completed by his GP, i took the forms to the GP & emailed them as agreed communicating with Mbali Coka & Mabel Seweya on emails...till today the hundred thousand Rand R100-000 cover hasn't paid out for reasons unknown, the 48hrs plus more hours passed, had to make means for my brother to be buried on the 25/05/2018 & still there's no hope that Regent will pay
I've been waiting to be assisted in Old Mutual when my turn came was told that must go to the Municipality to get proof of address i went when came back had to start the queue from scratch plus the staff has no name tags, don't know who's who

July an amount of R300.18 was debited & i contacted autopage but they told me it was an agreement i have with them i disputed thought everthing was sorted.<br> On August R306.00 was debited thought it was a mistake again from them.Then on September i saw that R640.74 is to be debited, i called autopage requested a reversal because my billings are going up every month which is not what i agreed on with the above lady.<br> Then on 2015/10/05@ about 15:20 was called by a gentlemen from autopage telling me that my services will be suspended till i pay,now my SIM cards are blocked but my contract is for airtime only, they must honor our agreement stop this nonsense.<br>
