Hi I ordered an item on the 3rd of December but by Friday, 18 Dec, when our office closed for the holidays, I sent a request via the online system to change the address to *****, as the delivery should have arrived by then (7-10 working days). I never received any feedback. Since yesterday morning I have been trying to confirm via the facebook messenger system whether this has been changed, but no feedback. No number no one to contact, this is getting rather frustrating. Please can someone urgently let me know what is happening. Regards
USELESS, been trying to resolve an issue for a week now, spoke to at least 100 people in 10 different departments and no-one cares...definitely not DSTV Cares HA!!!! Must have spent R200 alone on holding and being cut off all the time. So fed-up.
I have never opted for insurance on my MTN upgrade device. Since the 7th of March I have been trying to get answers from MTN, just to be pushed between their insurance company and them, trying to get a contract out, or proof that I did not select insurance, but no-one is getting back to me, and when I phone, they are conveniently off-line. This is so frustrating. I have been a customer for many years, but the service is definitely degrading rapidly, unless they can sell you something.
Absolutely shocking service. Account at COJ was closed on the 2nd of March and I am still waiting for the refund, worst is they do not bother to communicate...ever!!!
Middle October I was called from an agent informing me that I was due for an upgrade. At this point I did not require an upgrade to my device, and it was agreed that my monthly fees will be reduced to approximately R143 pm. I sent a mail after this in reply from MTN’s e-mail about the contract confirmation to ********** (I received a mail back saying this box is full) and then later to ********** querying a couple of things. I have resent this mail a couple of times and to date has not received any response. I finally gave up and called MTN. They referred me to a number ********** . They then referred me to ********** . I the meantime I also received my bill which had several deductions on that was never requested and the bill shows R345. The one consultant I spoke to said it will be sorted out after 2 days. Nothing happened. I then phoned again on the 13th of November and the lady said nothing was done. At this point I was getting rather annoyed with the lack of service. I requested they listen to the recorded conversations and cancel my contract. She said it would be done and they will get back to me before the end of the week. Another week has come and gone and still no response / feedback / mail. I am so disappointed that service levels have gone to this level. Regards
Since my account has been moved over from Nashua Mobile to MTN I have had only bad service from MTN as Service Provider.<br> <br> I recently (Monday) requested an upgrade, which of course of them locking you in to a contract, was done immediately, but I am still waiting for Izak to call me back wrt to a query I had. I called him again on Tuesday, and they promised he will return my call, and another lady from another call center also said she will e-mail him to contact me. <br> <br> THEN, after numerous requests to MTN since last year to remove the max amount on my contract, or up the amount, I have been suspended YET AGAIN on Tuesday, even though the account has already been paid in full. <br> <br> AGAIN, they promised it will be sorted out immediately, even received a sms to confirm that the suspension has been lifted. It is now Thursday and the account is still suspended,<br> <br> I have contacted MTN numerous times today, but yet to get any response from anyone. At this point I think I have made the biggest mistake in extending my contract and wish they will just cancel it all. This is extremely frustrating as I have kids that's depending on me being in contact with them and I can't even make a call or text.
