T&Cs.After long enquiry and follow up they paid me R21 000 instead of R30 000.I went back to the branch a complain I submitted banking statement as a proof.Tillnow no response from Capitec .Hello Peter please intervene cause I lost hope
In June 2024was my last month of my subscription end of my 12 months agreement. I spoke to one of you consultants regards the payout amount R7960 because I did not have that amount.He advise me to send an email for arrangement of the about amount.I send an email my request authorised.I payed R1730 for 5 months total that I paid now is R8650 instead of R7960 which means you owe me refund of R690.
July 2022 I was looking for flat to rent. I saw Jazzmax advertised one and I app**** submitted only the required documents.They said my application is successful i must deposit the money to Thobile Mazibuko account (Manager).They told me to move in on the 1 August 2022.When I get there flat was locked the consultant tried her best to get the keys no luck. I apply for accommodation with company applications approved payment done.Problem started when I arrived in the flat.Flat was locked when the lady from them called the owner she said she never signed any lease agreement with me. I’m customer with Multichoice, I just subscribed with Showmax I just pay 2 instalment but I never watch any movie or series that I’m paying for.I contact the service desk they say I’m must go to Multichoice today i went to Garden street Multichoice what poor service the consultants talk me she can’t assist me she not dealing with Showmax.Hellopeter please intervene
I’m very disappointed with the service they introduced cash out option when you want to use it it’s doesn’t appear
