I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the level of care and service I received at your emergency unit recently. On 11 September 2024], my wife and son brought me to the emergency unit due to a broken ankle. The experience I encountered was far from what I expected from a reputable hospital like Rph. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff displayed an utter lack of care or concern for my condition. They were unwilling to assist us and showed absolutely no sympathy for the situation. Their demeanor was not only unprofessional but also cold and dismissive, which added unnecessary stress to an already painful experience. What was even more shocking was the behavior of the nurses. Right in front of us, they engaged in an argument about who would administer my injection. This kind of unprofessionalism, especially in a hospital setting where patients are vulnerable and in need of immediate care, is completely unacceptable. The lack of coordination and the clear unwillingness of the staff to work together reflects poorly on the standards of your hospital. I understand that emergency units can be stressful environments, but this in no way excuses the unprofessional behavior and lack of compassion displayed by your staff. As a patient, I expect to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism, all of which were sorely lacking during my visit. I urge you to investigate this matter and take immediate action to ensure that such unprofessional conduct is addressed. It is crucial that your staff are reminded of the importance of empathy, professionalism, and maintaining the high standards expected of a healthcare facility. No patient should have to endure such a negative experience when seeking medical assistance. I look forward to your prompt response and trust that you will take the necessary steps to improve the service provided by your emergency unit.
Made a purchase on www.egadgets.co.za on 5 May 2022. They could not deliver product ordered so asked for a refund. After many emails and promises, still no refund from this company. I think I've been scammed. Do not purchase from this online store.
Placed and order for an inverter on 5 May 2022. They could not deliver as they say the product was damaged in transit. Egadget could supply a replacement and wanted me to wait till 3 June which I cannot do and communicated this accordingly. I requested a refund as i cannot wait this long for the product. After many emails and promises by Biancia from Egadgets, still no refund recieved. Wondering if this company is a scam.
Placed an online order with Game on 21 June 2020. Got updated that orders was dispatched 4 days after. On 2 July 2020 called the game call center number to let them query my delivery and was sold it would take 14 working days to deliver due to the order. Now 30 days later Game call center cannot confirm when i will get my order. I cancelled the order, now they cannot confirm when they will refund my money. Really SAD to see a good company gone bad so quick with poor management.
The on-road protect offer with FNB is not supported by FNB. None of there call centre staff can direct you to someone that manages this product and its impossible to then cancel this "on-road" protect policy @R95 per month. So you pay for this product monthly but when there is an issue, you cannot claim or cancel this offer. If you stop this debit order of a product from FNB, FNB then charges you for not being able to assist the customer. This is a rip off - don't subscribe.
