I bought a mirror on Saturday at the Paarl branch. When I got back to the farm in Klapmuts, I realised that the mirror had a black spot on. I tried to clean it, but was unsuccessful. The cleaning lady then used a brush which got it off, but accidently scratched the mirror. The fact that this product was not checked before supplied is extremely disappointing. Since we are based in Klapmuts, it's far to drive back to replace a product that should have been 100% in the first place. I called them this morning and they refuse to replace this mirror.

We booked apartment 116 for Saturday night and this was the worst idea ever.

When we checked in, the reception staff was very friendly, but that was it. There was a few other things that upmarket apartments should not be associated with:

When we got to the apartment, they were still busy cleaning it.
There was no sheets on the bed.
The one bedside lamp was not working.
We only had 2 cushions on the bed.
We had no coffee.
The towels was in such a bad condition.
At 02:30, the guests from room 118 was still partying and I had to ask them to keep quiet.
The security guy came to ask if he can borrow my phone to call management.

We had such a bad night’s rest and won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

Toyota had to order parts for our vehicle to be repaired after both sets of keys got stolen. After we had to pay for the parts first before they can help us, I had to follow up the whole time to find out if the parts has arrived. After that, they booked us for the repairs. They never pitched and no one even bothered to call me. I called them again this morning to find out what's going on, according to them they were waiting for us. They had a hard time understanding that we have no keys for the vehicle and that we cant drive it there.

I obviously realised that Toyota Paarl has no idea what customer service/feedback means.
I recently bought a vehicle from Carine Dolphire at the Worcester VW branch. From the start, the advise and friendly support all the way until I collected my vehicle on Saturday. I stay in Brackenfell, but will take the drive to Worcester for the service received.
