I recently enquired about a vehicle and the service I received was excellent from start to finish. The Vehicle was brought to me for a test drive and everything disclosed to me upfront. I was a little sceptical about the area they based in but when I visited the Delaership subsequently, I was pleasantly surprised of the quality and variety of vehicles they stock and they are based in a decent part of Braamfontein close to other franchised dealers. Thanks for selling me a great vehicle and I’m happy with the vehicle and the service.
I have an Absa business bank account for almost 20 years and been requesting additional credit card machines for the past 2 weeks. The gentleman assisting keep a making false promises to arrange delivery of them but seems like has actually did nothing. I have lost a lot of business due to this incompetent and unprofessional service from some staff. I need the new terminals like yesterday but don’t know which way to turn or who to contact. Can someone assist ? Anybody know which other bank can provide a faster service in which case I am happy to close all My Absa accounts and Mine Elsewhere
I had an appointment scheduled for 2.45pm. I’m asked to wait for 15mins. Thereafter am told that my appointment was given away as I was 10mins late noting that there is rain along the way. After complaining to the assistant manager Ashton, she doesn’t apologies but instead defends that a walk in customer takes priority! I suggested that the right thing to do was to call me to confirm how far I am but completely accepts any responsibility and doesn’t acknowledge my patience and only strives to believe she is correct. If having a manager that gives such a poor service and doesn’t accept customer service as a priority, then this may result in loss of revenue and damaging the Carlton hair name.
Been over a week since I lodged this complaint and issue still not resolved. A simple upgrade and price match not yet honoured despite being promised that it will be done. Pathetic service. Raised the same issue with over 6 people and nobody comes back. Even stated the times of the calls and each consultant says they will Listen to nice logs to confirm the call but never ever reply. Poor systems , poor service delivery and shockingly disappointing. The team leaders and managers also failed to resolve the issue despite me asking to speak to them. What a waste of previous time….
It’s been almost a week and my upgrade not yet honoured. I called last week Wednesday and spoke to a consultant at retentions and also at upgraded. They agreed telephonically to a price match and manager meant to call back to confirm all in order. I even gave about 7 consultants thereafter my call time and reference details to check the call confirming they had agreed to a specific deal. Chatting to so many consultants having re-explained the deal and the problem and even demanding to speak to a team leader or manager still remains unresolved. Nobody seems to have logged the facts into the system and each time it’s having to repeat my complaint and problem. Such pathetic service from vodacom and a real shame that after having all my family and business numbers with vodacom I still get treated this way.
After complaining my line being dead 6 weeks ago and trying virtually all channels including about 10 times to the call centre as well as telkom website and even this being the3rd time on hello peter, not a response back from telkom never mind someone coming to check the line. Is this the pathetic service level that we expected to accept and tolerate . I received my months bill and being charged as normal. My business is suffering as I don't have a phone line nor Adsl nor internet. We are a small business and struggling to do business. <br> <br> I spoken to a lady Tracy on her mobile number who promised to sort it out but after a few days said it's out of her area. U even stopped at technicians alongside the road offering to pay them and still no joy their names being Vusi,. Other people I spoke to were Vincent kekana at the call centre who said Johanna will call me 3 days ago yet no luck. Finally last week I spoke to KURT MCBRIDE who PpRebtky is the ops manager for my area who promised to come out last Saturday, then didn't pitch and said Monday then Tuesday. From Wednesday he ignores my calls and seems not to be doing his job as surely he thinks he doing me a favour. What now?management?
After 5 weeks still no response and dead phone line not repaired. Last week I put a complaint onto hello peter and still no joy. Have not heard from telkom indicating they don't take customers seriously. Instead they are defiant and still charge me the full month rental. How am I suppose to operate my business without a phone line. My cell phone account is over R2000 simply due to me having to make business calls from my cellphone. My telkom line does not have a ring tone and now my internet and Adsl doesn't work either. Somebody please help!!!
It is exactly one month without a business phone line which has no ring tone and is very disruptive to business. I reported this many many times even logged on telkom site with no feedback or response. If I try reporting the fault again, the recording states it's a fault in the area. Clearly that's not correct as other stores within the centre we based in have their phones working. Nobody has bothered coming out to check the line physically. After 1 month it's shocking this problem exists. I have virtually given up as even my internet and Adsl hardly works. This is typical telkom and service of the worst I ever experienced. It seems like they no longer value their clients and hopefully we their competitors will see the gap and put telkom out of business eventually. Disgusting service!! Hope I won't be billed for the month and besides my customers are freaking out as they think I don't answer my calls intentionally !!! Just checked my account and I see tgey charged me for the full months rental. What a cheek.
