My TV was collected for repairs 2 weeks ago and now I have to beg for updates between Powercare and Barnards, where Barnards does not bother communicating consistently. Why must I beg for a good customer service. Charne and Jacqui who are copied in those emails do not even bother with consistent communication regarding the status of the TV. Will I receive the TV or my money back because servicing clients seems to be an issue for you.
Rain had erroneously debited me twice in March stating it was a system error and that they would refund me. This happend on the 7th of March , despite the many calls and emails sent to them, i have not received my money and the app is conviniently malfunctioning since that day as i want to remove my banking details and stop my services with them as the network has been very poor this month having to switch to alternative connections to connect to my meetings. I want my money and you can keep your poor network.
I received a call from Vodacom customer service on the 20th of February informing me that they are suspecting a *****ulent activity under my identity and the consultant confirmed that they will stop the order. I visited the Vodacom shop in Kolonnade mall the following day to find out more about this issue and I was advised to submit an affidavit and that they will flag the account. A few days later I was debited on my bank account and I have since submitted the required documents and it is a mission to even contact Vodacom since I do not even have a Vodacom number and when I finally get through I am asked to confirm the package that I took before they can assist me with following up on the status of the query as if I would know. I don't know how Vodacom can manage to alert me on their suspicions and continue to process the order but I just request that my name be cleared while Vodacom deals with its gaps/failures .
i recently took out another contract with mtn in october from my first provisions i had a problem that i had to call and ask for my data and my sms bundle before that was provided i had to go through call centre agents who are so incompetent that some told me i had received my bundles and some told me my package does not include whatever i am claiming, again this money i have been querying my smses and when i moticed that they loaded something it is not what i have signed up for, why do i have to go through such trouble i even spoke to Fezile a supervisor from mtn 14th avenue who promised to follow up and give feedback the next day till today i am waiting, i am not willing to pay for an incomplete service i will reverse my debit order nd pay in cash what i thnk mtn deserves.
