I have left the country and wish to cancel my subscription, since there are restrictions from their websites. You cannot cancel online, I have been in contact with the call center and just get run arounds. I am going to cancel the account they are debiting watch then how quickly they will listen

Cannot recommend these guys enough. During year end holidays so they operating on skeleton staff. fast, convenient and brilliant communication.
So I purchased a new router. At about 14:00 (12 December) I start setting ut up. Phone the call center to get pppoe credentials. NON OF THEM WORK. Yes I was given multiple passwords. Following my standard debug procedures is it the cable? No I can connect through the old router (which has a virus, turning my home into a bitcoin miner, more on this in another review) Is it the router? No after resetting the old router both the new and old router have the same characteristics. After hours on the phone repeatedly giving me various passwords different agents all asking me the same questions I get told... "here is a link to the manual for your router, please read it and try again" Well I read the manual, there are no additional items I have missed. Finally I phoned at about 21:30, asked for an email containing setup instructions for the old router which i have now reset. I am still waiting for the email.
Bought a watch online yesterday(2021/07/21) paid, arrived this morning(2021/07/22) 08:20. Great service, great price and expectations are well managed through frequent communication via email and whatsapp.
Once again stunned, great service - have given the product a brief review and all looks good. Watch these guys they are going places, customer focused business. One comment though, the password reset option does not work - probably a user issue but i needed to create a new account because i forgot my password (facepalm)
I bought a game on the PS store for my Son which cannot be played Thats fantastic, however to play said game you are required to be on the playstation plus network. This is an extra +-750 per annum. Extremely disapointed and will not be making use of these services anymore. You guys should have a pre-requisites clearly displayed not 7 menu's down.

An order placed for delivery 15/06, paid. 1 week later, 22/06 a phone call in the afternoon(15:30) -- we are CANCELLING your order because of the taxi strike. Your funds will reflect in your account in 48 hours. You could have made a plan, you could have got the groceries out tomorrow or the next day. I have been a loyal Woolworth's supporter for years, bitterly disappointed.
