My car was towed to them in May 2022, they didn’t acknowledge even when the car arrived. Getting hold of service department is literally non existent. A day later they came back with 170k invoice accusing me of putting petrol instead of Diesel. I rejected that invoice because I had evidence that I didn’t put wrong fuel in my car. I reported them to JLRSA and asked them to take my car to another dealership and no help was rendered either. My car was under warranty and Turbo was the problem. That means they were supposed to fix my turbo under warranty. No diesel test were done to fully support their accusations. JLRSA is just as useless supporting their franchise that is trying to rip off their clients. I am still fighting both Umhlanga and JLRSA to settle me and all they could do is shift blame to each other. If your car is in Umhlanga for repairs please I urge you to take it elsewhere asap. They have unqualified technicians who diagnose cars manually and they are not ashamed to admit it.
Excellent service from Yugen, he’s professional and knows his job. Most companies need someone like him. He communicates really well with his clients and keep you up to date. I will definitely be using his services again.
I’ve been living in this complex for over 2 years and I have to admit their security is a mess. There’s robberies almost every month and the management is doing nothing about it. All they care about is money, so if you are looking for a secure estate please look elsewhere. CLA is not safe for you and your family. In 2020 alone there’s been over 7 robberies and the year is not even over yet. We feel prisoned with all the amount of money we are paying.
