I log a call with them on Monday till today it still not resolved, their service is poor when I call they give the run around, the last incident they didn't even send anyone
I was trying to reapply for the marko rcs card today then the online system wanted a debt order option so I call rcs ,and was meet by the most lady by the name Nonkhipe or something like that and I tell her that I don't want a debt order option but she rudely told that it not possible and I asked her how it so cause someone help me before and it was possible to skip the debt order, and she was rude till I told her that what it use of them have a help line they can help on it then that when she help but with an attitude of cause,what a poor service
I placed an on the 29 of July but till today I have not received my order when I call them they told me that my order is with the courier and they don't have the details of their courier company, how can a company don't have the contact of their suppliers, please deliver my order, or before the end of the month or refund my money
I when to Identity @Centurion mall to collect my online order today ,usually I gave the lady by the name of Judy or something like that, one stupid lady, I told her that I didn't receive the sms but I saw online that my other has arrived in store, she say give me the sms I ask her how many times must I tell u that I don't have the sms and again why r u the only one demanding the sms cause so many of you colleague's has help me without it cause u can see on my account all that u need to check she became so rude and loud for a stupid sms ,I ask her if you can't help me without it then I will just cancel the order then she was rude and very arrogant, you need to teach her some manners, her attitude stinks, she has a very bad customer service, I don't even want to be help by her next time I go to to Centurion mall,it such pity that I have to give Centurion mall 1 star because the to guys who normally assist me the do so with a smile and normally go out of their way to help
I have was assist by one rude lady who does not even allow me to finish my question, talk on top of me while I try to explain what I need assistance with, she definitely must work with customers, bad experiences @ that time they where lack of communication from ID with my order, her name is Nqtyiswa
Kagiso Kekana gave my mother the best service ever and when my mother didn't understand some few things he let me joining in the call so we could have clarity on few things,not only did we get a cheap premium with no excess but we got a friendly and top services form Kagiso Kekana ,please keep it up sir
I was @ clicks lifestyle center in centurion yesterday buying pampers nappies that are currently on promotion when I got to the tills it didn't discount, so I tell the guy that was helping me(his name is Obakeng ),that this nappies are on promotion cause I brought them few days before @ Centurion mall, he rudely dismissed me saying only on promotion if you buy two ,even when I explained to him @ the counter that he must read the promotion carefully, he rudely said that the is no way I can override the system, even when I told him to call his manager he still insisted that it like this and the no way they can change it only for the system to update to what I being saying, he did even apologize for his incompetence, so I wonder what kind of staff does clicks hire ,so incompetent and rudely, why put I discount if even your very own rude staff can't interpret it, sho I got I shock,he didn't even call his manager like I asked, so pity cause lifestyle center is the closest to me, but the experience I had there yesterday is disgusting, Obakeng not only is rude but he doesn't even want to listen to the customer, he argue with something that is written by the store it self
Homechoice.send my mother order without her ordering any thing, we told the drive to return with it but to our surprise week after that she received a call from homechoice asking when will she started paying for her order, the soon she ask what cause she didn't order anything, they will hang up ,she received calls from about 5 different ,till this I took a phone and called homechoice she was talking to lady called funeka or something like that, 1 rude lady who didn't even want talk to me cause they used to targeting older people and cheating them their money, how can I b 3rd party when that thing affects my own mother personally, if my mother receive 1 more call from you guy ,then you guys will know what a 3rd party
My bother is been waiting for them termination from the trust to be finalized since March every time we call ,we speak to different rude ladies who give us the run around,but it 2day they say it will paid in the next 48 hrs till 2day.even this morning,but decided to involve the lawyer @ their cost cause I want my brother's money.
On on the 24/08/2019 I visited clicks pharmacies in Quagga Centre and the was only one guy assisting there and he was on the self-medication counter and there was no person on the prescription side, so I just follow the queue after waiting for a whole half an hour to be assisted the guy came on the prescription counter ( passisane Ngobeni something like that forgot the his name but his surname is Ngobeni) the fist thing he said was prescription counter is this side ,I asked him how can I just stand there when I can see clearly that the is no body there to assisted me , then he give me an a stupid example about the ATM, I told him you cant compare the two their totally different after I said that he give me my prescription letter and said I cant help you bye just like that , that the kind of service you get @ Clicks then I just when to Dis-chem and got the fasted service with a smile and I got my medication @ R90 less keep telling your staff to chase customer , I will only come to Clicks if Dis-chem don't have what I want it a pity cause the Clicks store in Centurion they always give me the best services or its is because they know that Dis-chem is just around the corner and the Clicks in Quagga don't care about customer because they don't have competitions , the worse experience ever
