I submitted a claim through King Price on the 17th Dec. From then I received zero feedback from the company. My windscreen was delivered last week in PE after I spoke to them on the 6th Jan 25 to say I'm going back to JHB and windscreen should be send to JHB. Well they said they made a note on the system and the glass will be delivered in JHB which did not happened. Again I had to keep on following up with then when I could expect my windscreen. After reading all the negative comments on the installations of their windscreen I'm slightly worried. I have a brand new car and do not want substandard service.
Great service will use them again.
I've hail damage on my wife's car and trying to submit a claim. Claim submitted and then that was it. Every time I have to initiate communication to ask what is happening. They do not follow up. They are very effective in doing online quotes and deducting your monthly premiums via credit cards. I used to promote them everywhere where I went but boy was I wrong. At this rate it seems I have to get the Ombudsman involved.
I got a call from DSTV by one of their trainees who cannot even pronounce his words properly where I had to ask him a few times to repeat himself because I could not understand him. But lets leave that there. Then they went on by saying there is a amount of R7000 or more outstanding on my account. i disagree because they deduct their premium monthly off my account. I did check and all premiums are paid. They cannot say where this R7000 accumulate and all they say they should escalate this. I will cancel my subscription if they attempt to steal money from me.
Please never support them they lie about service delivery. I pay for 100mb up and 100mb down, the fact is they throttle me so badly I cannot even download mails. In their contract with you they will say they would not throttle you but they lie. They say you can play online gaming yet another lie. I cant even download video clips from facebook sometimes. I had it with them bunch of thieves happy to take your money but not willing to give you the support.

Be very careful doing business with Telkom business. I’ve been trying to cancel my account the last 5 months with no luck. I’ve logged mails, complaints and tel calls. They just refuse to cancel and in the meanwhile your account just runs up. Yesterday I decided I cannot fight them anymore and paid up account MTD and I also requested per mail and telephonically to cancel. Guess what this morning I got a mail thanking me for my payment and all my services will be reinstated with immediate effect. What to do now they are the most unprofessional bunch I came across. I can just give advice to everybody out there do not do business with them.

I have a business with various accounts linked to it. I gave my GM authority on 2 of these account where she have 2 debit cards to draw money on and transact on these accounts. Nedbank then told me they have to issue het 2 new cards so the sms functionality could work properly. After some time the bank called her to come and collect the cards. There was only 1 card they issued her and when she drew statements on this account she realized this card is not linked to the accounts she has access to. After investigation I realized this card is linked to my main business account with lot of sensitive information where my staff member could do transactions on my company main account. My question is this whoever gave Nedbank the right to issue a company card to somebody without approval, and how many other companies this happens too?
