Hi all, I just wanted to express my disgust regarding my purchase of a 70" Hisense Television set from Makro online, firstly it took numerous calls to the call centre for a date of delivery, it eventually arrived a week later, then after one nights viewing of the Television the set would not turn on via the remote, it called the call centre again they put me onto the Cape gate branch where the device came from, the person at Makro asked me To do a camera/ Remote check, it was not the remote, he then said I quote" as the device is new it has to be checked via a Hisense technical person, I am still waiting for that person to call me or arrive at my property to access the fault" two people have called me from who knows where saying the Technical person will call me and please confirm my address. It is now the 25th September 2024, I purchased the device on the 11August 2024. How pathetic cana Company be I will never purchase a Device from Makro again, it is very easy to say it is Hisene's problem now.
We have been using this delivery service for a long time, I have had numerous issues with them, but never said anything, I feel now is the time, we ordered a few item from a restaurant and received other people's order, the order was simple, 1x burger1x dunk wings 1x large fries 1x coleslaw and a coke, we received other items, how is this possible, and then when we sent in the photo's to Mr D, they gave me a less than half credit/ Refund, how did they work this out? Please check your food order before the delivery man leaves your property.
When i called i was helped with grest ease. The agent explained to me what the process details. I was then called ater by the Agent. Good service oncd again.
The process was well organised. The agent helped me proficiently. Tow service was very good as well.
