I was involved in a gunpoint ******* (phones and handbag) after my tyre burst on the 11 of June 2025, they took more that an hour to get to my location and luckily i was with someone in the vehicle with me( the lady who was assisting me was Jade). Piet or Peter from Sheriff's Roadside assist was very rude and kept on shouting and telling me that I shouldn't have bought a BMW because it's not a car for ladies. He said "look now you are stuck because you don't have a spare tyre". Who the **** is he to tell me that I shouldn't have bought the car?That is my choice of vehicle. Whoever it is that trains these people, needs to train them well or change your towing company because I didn't need to hear all of that **** since it was a traumatic event. Jade called again on Peter's phone to say my items will be reimbursed but then Peter left before I could get another call back because I was using his phone. No calls or email from this company. I have been a loyal and paying my premiums on time and not missed even 1 and this how I was treated. I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM PINEAPPLE INSURANCE AND I WOULDNT EVEN REFER ANYONE REGARDING THIS ****TY SERVICE AND COMPANY.
I have been trying to call Standard Bank today to no avail as I have been sent from pillar to post. You people are happy for us to increase our credit limit but if we want to decrease it it’s a hustle. Someone get back to me urgently. Your service is a disgrace 😣

I CALLED CELL ON THE 22 OF MAY TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AS I DIDN'T NEED IN ANYMORE A LADY CALLED CLEOPATRA ANSWERED THE PHONE TELLING ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE SMS REGARDING THE CANCELLATION WHICH WILL BE ON THE 22 OF JUNE AS ITS THE MONTH NOTICE, GUESS WHAT ITS THE 5TH JULY AND I STILL HAVE CONTRACT WITH ****EN CELL C, BUNCH OF LOSERS. CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND ****EN CANCEL THE NUMBER AS WELL, I WOULD NOT LIKE ANYTHING ASSOCIATING MYSELF WITH YOU.
Saw a car on Automart for a ford Figo for R65,000, told the lady i will come and have a look at it on Saturday, went there test drive the car, it turn out the car was R85,000 , when i spoke to her i said "im here to see the figo for R65k" she never correct me to say the car was sold on that afternoon. the car is still on Automart for R65,000 which to me is fraud. The Ladies i spoke was Mashley and Shekina. DONT BUY CARS AT WIZZ WHITE MOTORS!!!!
I am not impressed with MTN at the moment, I received my Invoice and I noticed the amount is incorrect, I called the 808 number(which is fucken ridiculous to get through) to query it. Pontso the lady I spoke to said \ the subscription fees has been increased
