I have purchased many items from incanda before and will most likely do so again, as I truly appreciate the brand and the excellent quality of their furniture. However, I was disappointed with the customer service this time. I in the process of purchasing one of the coffee tables and side tables listed in the Black Friday sale, but the only delivery option available was at an approximate cost of R800. This is quite discouraging, as it brings the item close to its original price. While I am still saving, driving to the closest branch or even the warehouse to collect it would cost me less than R200. I reached out to your team to arrange collection, something I have successfully done before to save on delivery charges, but unfortunately, my request was declined. That said, I still value your brand and the quality you deliver, which is why I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for loyal customers like myself. I look forward to continuing to shop with you in the future.
🚨 Public Warning – My Experience with Josh from DrainX 🚨 I’m sharing this to make others aware of my personal experience with Josh from DrainX. While there are always two sides to every story, I believe it’s important to speak up when service and accountability fall short; especially when damage is done and communication breaks down. Among other issues, here’s what happened in my case: • I paid Josh to complete specific plumbing work at my home. What was delivered fell far short of what was agreed. • The work was substandard, and leaks continued even after he returned to “fix” the issue. • When I raised concerns, he shifted blame instead of taking responsibility. He even brought in a colleague for a second opinion, who admitted that the damage to initial work had been speculative and not based on proper assessment. • Josh went ahead with extra work despite being clearly told not to, saying “anything additional is on me,” and still charged me for it. That work was already assigned to another contractor. • He removed plumbing and installed what I believe to be new piping, but left the affected areas open and unfinished. • In trying to correct his own mistakes, he damaged my brand-new floors. Since then, he has ignored all calls and messages. • He also indirectly called me a **** on two separate occasions. I can only assume he took advantage of my lack of technical knowledge in his field. I’m not posting this to attack, but to caution. If you choose to use Josh or DrainX, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing, asking detailed questions, and being crystal clear on what will and won’t be done. Now, just over a year later, the battery requires replacement at nearly half the initial price. This unreliable performance renders the inverter a regrettable investment. I strongly advise against purchasing this product to spare others from the same dissatisfaction.

I ordered a safety gate of >10k last year in December, which Henk and Danelle were quite instant I pay soonest and “as a result of the increasing rates of steel!” It has been an ongoing struggle to have them refund my money after they failed to deliver the order/ services as agreed. I would like to urge the local community to think twice before doing any business with this company

Overall experience ONE STAR. Quality of purchases FIVE STARS. I have made two purchases with Plaasmeisie, both of more than R2500. Unfortunately, I had to return most of the items I bought the first time due to them being the incorrect size; they exchanged two pairs but still need to refund the third pair or give me the store credits as requested.... It has been more than a month, and no refunds or store credits. I also have yet to receive the "free shipping" as promised on the website, and I have pictures to prove that there is no slot to put the voucher number when navigating to the payment options. I emailed them about it and received a very blunt response with no attempt at service recovery.
Best decision I have ever made. Top-of-the-range quality furniture and excellent customer service!
Coricraft Canal Walk: I am utterly disappointed in the company. I ordered and paid for a dining set in cash, which was supposed to be for a special occasion. Unfortunately, I was forced to change my plans from what was supposed to be an intermate family gathering at home to a local restaurant as a result of a delay in delivery. I've requested free delivery as compensation when they finally have the purchased items; however, again disappointed by the lack of communication and their not granting my request. I will most certainly think twice before purchasing anything from them again. To think I was in contact with the consultant arranging the purchase of a lounge set.
I rarely write reviews on a waiters, however, Theo needs to be recognized publicly. He is a phenomenal individual and a great asset to Doodles, Blouberg strand. Kind, friendly, fast, and attentive. Kudos to Theo! Aidan :)
