A lady by the name of Celine Kriel assisted me with my query via WhatsApp which was fast, efficient and convenient.
For the last 2 months, i have been reluctant to go get my ATM card at Nedbank as I know how much of a mission it is waiting in the queues just collect a card. So today i decide to brave the queue, it took over 40min just to collect an ATM card to find out that the card was going to expire in 4 months. This is such bad service and i will be reluctant again to get fetch the new card as I refused to take this card. I will wait till the very last minute until i have to fetch the card is its inconvenient waiting an hour just to collect a card which is ludicrous.
I ordered flowers to be sent to my partner with instructions on the time it had to be delivered. It was all put together and delivered on time. The thing i enjoyed the most was being communicated to via email as to every step of my order. From the time I ordered the flowers to the time it was delivered. Well done on Service delivery.
The phone at the Rivonia branch just constantly rings, no one ever picks up. I wont be using this service going forward. When we got to the pizza place, the person at the front just says im one person. Why are there not adequate people to assist? Its such bad management.
I booked for pre-paid parking for my holiday from the 6th of August to the 13th of August. When i arrived at the boom gate, it refused to take my credit card. I arrived at 10am in the morning at the Parking -2 Pre-paid area and tried to buzz the control room, where it just rang and rang and rang and rang that nobody even answered. I then instead took a ticket as we couldnt wait for someone to try and assist. This went on for 10min. When we came back from holiday and we tried to get out the parking, the same thing happened it would not accept my credit card to get out. So we buzzed the control room at 1pm and again it just rang and rang and rang and rang.. I then approached the security to call the control room and they said that they are unable too..we basically sat around in the car for 15min waiting for someone to answer the pay station while we blocked the boom gate. This is shocking service, you are exhausted after a flight and yet their is absolutely no one to assist you. We even called the number for the parking and the phone just rang and rang..I will not use this service AGAIN. <br> <br> My reference number was: J1988
I have been trying all morning to change my parking booking where no one at ACSA can assist with regards to doing this booking online. Keep being told to call a specific number but it just rings and rings and rings with no answer whatsoever. I sent an email to customer services and still no answer.
Firstly, when my debit order went off this month i was charged R6 more. Why, as on a contract i thought you get billed the same amount every month for the full 24 months even if their are increases.<br> <br> Secondly, I purchased a 300 Meg MONTHLY Data package and after a week it says its expired. Whats the point of purchasing MONTHLY bundles???
La Vie En Rose is just such a magical restaurant in the heart of Illovo Johannesburg. I had the privilege of having a high tea for my 40th at this beautiful establishment. The service levels from this restaurant were just outstanding. They are friendly, accommodating and flexible when it comes to organising a function and making your day extra special. They really exceeded my expectations and can highly recommend them.<br> <br> Thank You guys so much again, we will definitely be back.
