Worst service provided both technical and by staff, i tried cancelling a contract for one address to move onto a new address and was told that i must pay a cancelation fee as the contract is 12 months, when i took my first fibre installation on my address, the sales guy did not mention this and now this woman from cancelation is saying a different story. They must learn to accommodate their clients and stop cheating their clients, can't believe i nees to pat a cancelation fee to move to a new address and need new installation.
Outsurance is one of those companies that is not even willing to help small businesses that is starting up and looking for insurance, according to them you must earn thousands first before getting cover with them. How is an unemployment person supposed to earn thousands when they have invested all their funds to start a business and is trying to build it. They dont remember that atleast locally crafted items can help the community with employment and help the economy
There is always an issue with capitec business and when you go to the branch, they cannot help and the bank refuse to call you back and you must sit long on the phone for them. The bank should help at the branches.
Capitec call center staff was not helpful when my app refused to allow me to log on. The branches wont help either and there is no way to even get hold of Capitec. Very disappointed with thr service and i had been a customer for over 15 years. Must be new management because the service is getting terrible.
Worst service, I placed an order and the funds were taken off my account, the restaurant canceled the order due to no stock, bit Uber Eats still has not reversed the payment. Uber eats is starting to rob people
Unisa's online registration system is not user friendly and their lines just rings. I have been trying since February to get assistance and the system is not simple. Each tab leaves you with "registration closed" but the deadline is the 31/03/2023.
Worse service ever. I signed up with Mweb and i am sitting with a device thar is notbworkibg and laying R899 for nothing, i logged calls abd no one has come back to me. I have called in and no matters how nice you speak yo the technicians but they drop the call because they don't know what to do.
Worse service and rude consultants at cresta, once my contract is done I will never renew it
