KEEDO TOOK MY MONEY BUT NO DELIVERY
Order: 800019148 Can someone please tell me what happened to my order I called to asked what happened to an order I made on the 2nd and the agent said she would get back to me, to my surprise order has been returned and it never got to me Total amount refunded R1,001.98 ZAR. Please can you clarify where my twins items are?

CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING NEEDED!!!!
I am dissapointed at the servive that I recieved at the shoprite on West street last night. first thing that happened at 18:05 never in my life have I heard an announcement that the store is closing and that everyone in the store who is shopping must proceed to the tills, anyway I did as I was told when I was told when I was on the line I remembered I needed cooldrink so I asked the lady that was infront of me on the line at the till that I was coming back so I ran to get a 2L sparletta that I had seen on special for R20 for R2 I found a lady who was unpacking cooldrinks with her name tagged turned around and asked her how much it is when sold alone she then responded \ uyabona sisi ngalesiskhathi inhliziyo isuke isincane"meaning she was not in the mood to assist me only when she saw the shock on my face she then responded in the ruddest manner R12.99. I took the cooldrinks and paid after paying I had yet another problem a lady if I can recall by the name of princess who seemed to be a mananger when I asked her if I could prepaid electricity who shouted at me telling that next time I must start at the money market and that I cannot get it at that time"
