You your account then they send you a email saying they have not received your payment and when you phone them they never answer, and when they phone you the phone rings once the it hangs up, so how the hell do you contact these people?
I was on the line to cancel both my contracts from cell C, the first one was the 27th of Dec 24, because it's 30 days before contract ends for number 084 032 8373 and after the call I was said this month would be the last payment, then the 28th Dec 24, again 30 days before contract closes for number 074 357 2583 and after the confirmation they told me the last payment will be the 15th Jan 25 as well, but today I phone Cell C and they say we cannot see it on the system, which I think is **** must I come into your main head office or is there some of E that can see what's going on the system please.
For the last 3 months, every afternoon I have to reset my phone to get coverage to the calls that I missed the morning, and I can no longer send Sms's, some days I receive all of last weeks Sms's. Well I'm great full that all my contracts are expirering January next year because I'll not be renewing this bad service, but one thing I can say I get no service from cell C but boy O boy they never miss a debit order that's always on time.
Hi there firstly I'd just like everyone to no do no join or sign a contract with vodacom because you'll never be able to cancel it in your life. On the 4th of October 2023 I went to vodacom centurion to cancel Mt contract because when we phone vodacom they said we must go to the shop and cancel it there, so we went, everything was done we even received an sms stating that the contract has ended the 4th October 2023, but still you deducted money the end of October and then now again the end of November, I've just come from vodacom centurion my ticket number was (S163) the guy there cannot help he says contact vodacom, very convenient noone can help you so vodacom is going to deduct money again the end of this month because noone can help you so to everyone out there don't take out a contract I'm talking with experience I've got proof, s+>t service.
I went to the bank to get another Sim card because the other one was working just great, they gave me the new Sim and I asked them to port in my number that I gave them, this is at a cost I really don't mind that, so what they did is they gave the wrong serial number and ported my old Sim now I cannot change it, that's bad service they then tell my to bring in the old Sim and I must pay for there mistake and they can try and change it, WHAT I MUST PAY FOR THERE MISTAKE! I don't think so so now both my Sims are useless, don't asked Capitec Lyttleton to help you they just make money of you.
One of my numbers 084 032 8373 this is my data line from last week Friday I could not connect to the network but my other phone can I contacted Cell C this morning and they put me through to the Tec Support department and all I get from that number is we have a technical problem and they don't answer there lines, now I've got data on my phone it works and I've got data on my pocket data modem Noone can help, so must I just pay and get no service thanks
I purchased items 3 days ago and was asked to pay a extra amount for next day service and delivery, it's day 3 and still nothing, I even went on there help line and asked them what's wrong and how much money they have already made from other people because I have now proof of this they don't let you no and they lie with there promise oneone has come back to me so far so I don't think there is anyone working there or am I wrong?
I've had no service the hole day so far, are you going to deduct my subscription or return my use, I've been sitting outside a business for the last 4 hours, I can not enter because I cannot phone in so how am I supposed to use a phone that you cannot use?
Great your new app says update to the new version, yes and when you have done so nothing works again because every time you try to log in is says try the new version, I've uninstalled the app and then installed it again and now nothing works please bring back the old one at lest it worked
You love to debet our account but when can we use our cell phones I've been sitting again this morning and no network what the hell is going on must we all go over to a new network or are we going g to never get satisfaction but you will debate our account you love doing that.
