I been a member of Spaces office in Century City for awhile. All was good until a year ago when my invoices always reflect amounts that are not aligned to my agreement. Their App is forever having problems when one seek to download statements. In December I struggled to end my contract using their App, eventually I cancelled. Today am told the contract only ends 2026 in February and worse I keep paying monthly amounts as per invoice but next month am told I still owe. Recently I also received an email from their admin/legal huge amounts that I owe in dollars and when I queried, I was told its an error. There is absolutely something wrong in that company finance department. All I hear its just bad reviews about them. I refuse to pay any further amounts to this company. I reached out to their team but I get no solutions. Bottom line am being charged for services that are not part of my agreement as per funds I keep paying. There was a standard fee payable every month that has since changed. Please intervene
I hired a car 10 Feb, returned the car 13th Feb. Hertz hold R14.650 on my card. To date my funds are not released, they invoiced weeks ago claiming funds were approved to be released its more than 3 weeks now. FNB keeps telling me the hold on funds will expire, midnight of 10th March to date the funds are still not cleared. I want to know what is going? Someone is playing a dirty game here. I need my finds as I run a business. HelloPeter please intervene For the rest please dont ever use Hertz ever. You will have to fight to get your money back. Thanks
I hired a car from these guys, its been more than a week my amount due to me is still on hold. I paid my own tollgates, made sure petrol was full. Today they deduct over a thousand rand from my account. Am not sure for what, their client service is non existence. I will never recommend them
My car was declared a write off in 2014, insurance refused to pay.<br> I took my car and fixed it, the car is still in good condition to date.<br> The issue: In 2014/2015/2016 I been going to the licence department to renew the licence disk and each time I am told I dont own the car both owner and title holder is Wesbank. I need to call Wesbank to release the car from their stock, they must send the car for a check and only then I can renew the disk.<br> Since 2014 I been requesting Wesbank to release my car, to date not response and all they do is deduct my instalment. Lousy employees who keep taking my issue and claim is it was escalated but no ACTION.<br> I had multiple accounts with this bank and honored my payments all these years, for them to treat me like this is just unacceptable. I need my car issue to be resolved, I want to settle this car and need to know that I wont have ownership issues in future. Its annoying to be dealing with incompetence and just greedy bank who only cares for money but not the client. <br> <br> Wesbank must pay for all my traffic fines incurred due to driving an expired car license disk and pay for the disk AND Change the flipping ownership of my car.<br>
I placed an online purchase at this store, testing their system in order to purchase online in future. <br> Their online system, the mail from the management and call from courier are talking different stories. One says my order was shipped and received, while the system says processing order. Courier cannot find my address therefore to date my order is missing. I get a feeling someone is taking me for granted, thinking I don't unstertand the online purchase or perhaps my order is very low to get management attention. <br> I just want my order or be refunded, no future dealings with this store.
Today FNB debits an amount of R645.00 for a device that was never delivered nor received? What kind of a bank is this? My order which was incorrect was cancelled mutiple times with the agents but it was just another level of incompetence. Whoever is running that department is not suitable for the job period.<br> Reverse my amount FNB and again cancell this order , stop being fraudulent. Taking my money without my permission.
