What a piece of ****. Second one in 2 years. Same problem, motor stops working. My last one I baught in August last year from takealot. Now broken. I had it with Hoover. You beter answer me or I will be taking you to the Ombudsman .
Good day. Just want to say that FNB is absolutetly terrible. You guys handed me over to attorneys for R326 and closed my business account without any correspondence from FNB. R326!!!!! Come on!!
Ek het 'n eis by Virseker ingedien die 6de Feb vandag 20 Feb is hy eers afghandel. Dit is die swakste diens wat ek nog ooit van 'n versekerings maatskappy ontvang het. Nou is die eis afgehandel, maar ek het 'n bybetaling van R3750 op 'n bedrag van R5300, so ek kan nie eers die item vervang nie want hulle betaal net R1600 terug aan my. Ek dink nie julle wil mense help nie. So ek is nou gatvol en sal my polis by julle sluit. Ons premie se geld is nie goed genoeg vir julle nie en ek hoop baie mense lees hierdie en kanselleer hulle premies.
Good day. I am very dissapointed in the bad service I got from Virseker. I submitted a claim for my laptop as my daughter spilled coffee over it. So spoke to the person on the phone and he informed me that it will be a claim on household insurance. Great everything was on the go, waited for the assesor and then i saw on my poilicy on the internet that my claim was rejected. Nobody phone me in this regard. So I phoned them and was told that water damage is not covered. But the guy I spoke to told me computer fall under Household. Now i here a laptop is not and I should have specified it. I was not informed about that nor on the schedule I received from Arno Schult does it say that or that water damaged is not covered. I left Hollard because of bad service and incompent people just to be greated with worse service. I am totaly *****ed now because I need a new Laptop to work on. Made a purchase online for Hauwei Watch GT. Received sms that say I will be refunded because it is out of stock. Funny thing is my friend who orderd after me received his watch. So I want to know from Vodacom how do they choose who get the product and who not. It is absolute absurd!! I orderd 2 as 1 is for my daughters birthday. But I can see there is so many complaints about vodacom so I do not even think this will be resolved. My order number is: 8000233241

I opened a FNBY account for my daughter. Then received a email from the KYC department that I must submit proof of adress, My ID and my daughters Birth Certificate. Wich I submitted the same day, 14 October 2021. Now I thought everything is fine, but when I wanted to money into that account it has a KYC block on. So now I am very upset and think I will take this matter further to the onbudsman as I phone FNB and was put through 3 times to different people. And still I have the same issue. I even subitted the required documents again.
The worst service ever!!! Have been waiting 3 month's now just to install my fibre line to my house. Why does it take that long?!!!!!!!
