Virgin active. Why do you send people to convince you to join Virgin active at a special rate for polmed members and the after a few months the premium goes up. What is the purpose of a year contract and the amount that was agreed and the after a few months I get a notification that my premium is going up in 2026. I signed a contract for a certain amount and I expect to pay that amound until te end of my contract. How can the contract be binding to me, but Virgin active can change and do as they want. And for the equipment that is lacking in the gym. If i new that Virgin active Klerksdorp had so little equipment i never would have joined. Other gyms does have new and state of the art equipment and virgin active only got old outdated equipment. And for the equipment braking and then it takes months to fix is pathetic. I will not be renewing my contract at Virgin active. Something drastic has to change at this franchise gym with old and broken equipment.
It's impossible for me to Cancel my Discovery insurance. Phoned 6 times with no success. Always get sent through to another department or I get told that they will send a email to the brokers to phone me back to cancel the policy and the nothing. It's so frustrating and makes me furious If I must use my money to phone Discovery and hold on for 15min at a time and everytime nothing happens. If I'm struggling for 4 days just to cancel the policy. How long will it take to register a claim. I can not weight to get rid of this insurance company for good..
Cell c is the worst company ever. Online special for the Samsung galaxy s25 ultra for R799 for 36 months and I requested a call back to take out the contract. Was phone on 2025-03-24 and the whole proses of validation and credit checks was done and was approved. They went through the whole contract with me and everything was verified and approved. Speaking and validation took more than an half an hour and all terms and conditions was read to me and congratulated for being approved for the contract at Cell C. Only to get a call later on telling me that they can't give me the contract anymore that was shown online. The whole contract was discussed and the then I get a call back saying that they can give me a Samsung galaxy s25 and not the Samsung galaxy s25 ultra for the same amount. This is totally unacceptable and truly pathetic from cell c. Never in my life have I being treated like this ever. Don't advertise a product and after being approved and congratulated for having a contract at cell c and then get phoned back after a few hour and being told sorry you can't get that contract anymore.....Cell c is definitely the worst cellphone company in South Africa and will definitely warn everyone to not get a contract with cell c. Don't believe anything they post online..... It not the truth and will tell you many stories that doesn't make any sense....

I ordered from Makro online on the 29th of November 2024. Only a few times was delivered and I immediately let Makro know that not all off my order was delivered and was told that they will escalate my complaint and that someone will definitely call me to rectify the mistake. After the first time that I phoned the online service, nothing has been done. I phoned 7 times and every time they say the same thing. We wil escalate the complaint and someone will contact you. Is two weeks now and still no response from makro. Is this now the new way of *****ing money from customers. Online customers is useless. Makro delivery is pathetic. No feedback. No explanation. No refund. What de hel is the problem with makro.
Mq finance has the worst customer service that I ever came across. Phoning them is a waste of time. Phoned 3 times just to hold the line for more that 30 min and every time no answer. Tried emailing them with no response. Logging complaints on their website is also a waste of time with no response. It's impossible to get hold of anybody at Mq Finance. My monthly debt order did not go off this month and I'm trying to find out what the problem is and it impossible to get any response from anyone at Mq Finance. How is it possible to struggle with such a big company. Customer service at Mq Finance is non existence. Can someone please explain why it's absolutely impossible to get hold of your customer service. Will never finance a vehicle at Mq Finance again. Worst experience ever.

Im very disappointed in Santam for the first time. First of all is that the customer service is only ringing and nobody answers after holding the line for 12 minutes. Since my incident my Claim were directed to 3 different Assessors and Since my inspection at Auto body Experts to assess the damage nothing have been done by Santam. The only thing they do is appoint different Assessors everyday and as a result of that nothing is being done with my claim. I pleaded to them to make quite work with my claim. Because im illegally on the road, because my one head light is also not working as a result of the accident. 4 days Since the inspection and 3 different Assessors...What is going on???
