Kyla Knoetze was really helpful and assisted me with all my questions. She put me on the right track and now my new baby is also on the Accidental medical plan ❤️ Being still a curious and chewing baby, he is now covered for all accidents which might occur.
I had to take my dog to the vet, because he was throwing up frequently and when I sent in my claim, it took them only a day to refund me - VERY HAPPY with the service I received.!!
I've been living in my complex for almost 5 years and every time any of us have an issue that needs to be sorted, Dina from Earth zone is on it and attend to it almost immediately... hope we never switch to another agency!!!!
I'm starting to feel as if Vumatel is ripping their clients off with their Fibre packages. I'm paying R649pm for a 10/2 line, where I just found out another provider for a better line...10/5 charges their customers R599. They seriously need to look at giving us better rates!!
I have never received such quick and sufficient service from any provider as I did from Dotsure! Friday I had to take my Olliepop to the vet as he was in a lot of pain and I wasn't sure what happened to him... did he fell down stairs or eat something he shouldn't have. Got to the vet after 11am, send in the claim after 12pm that day and the very next morning they gave me the refund. THANK YOU for your amazing service!!! Especially in a time like this where money is a bit tight currently.

I've now phoned and logged 4x calls in 4 weeks with Vumatel and spoke to the same representative each time to make sure he know what I'm talking about. Each time I need to give my same details and info as the previous week with NO response. Today was the 5th call I made and I spoke to the manager.... still nothing, not even an email to tell me they know about my issue. You can't say they have bad service - you actually need any kind of service from them to mention that.
About 4 months ago I've subscribed to the Get More benefit Cell C offers. In that 4 months I've received NO form of written information about how to go about using these \so called"benefits which costs R59.99/month"
I'm trying to get a statement (or some form of confirmation) out of Essential med of all debit order payments made to them by myself in 2014, but no one is responding to my emails.<br> I then went further and phoned them, being transferred 3 times and ended up speaking to a gentleman who said I must just hold on for a moment he'll quickly find out from accounts what to do... I held on for 5 min and eventually just gave up and put the phone down.
