I purchased a Cloud 9 base set from Bed Centre Cornubia on 24-8-25 after hearing their Ad on East Coast Radio. The service from Ryan Naidoo the salesperson was excellent. I was shown a bed on their showroom floor which I liked and bought. Ryan then checked for stock at the warehouse and confirmed that they have the bed in stock. Payment was requested for in full and delivery was arranged for Monday 25-08-25. At no stage was I told that the fabric on the pillowtop will be different from the bed on display. When the bed was delivered I discovered that the fabric used on the pillowtop was a totally different and did not match the mattress or base. I immediately brought this to the attention of Mr Naidoo who informed me that the bed cannot be changed due to "FINE PRINT". The "FINE PRINT" was never brought to my attention during the sale. I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE COLOUR COMBINATION. MY ADVISE IS BE VERY WARY WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I purchased a meal from McDonald's Verulam on 21.03.2023 at 16.21 (order no. 3286). The service received from Karabo Mabaso was below the standard one would expect from a well established brand like McDonalds. Karabo seems to dislike dealing with customers. I greeted her before paying for my order, and she returned my change not even acknowledging that I was at the counter. She is young and needs a lot of guidance and training to work in the front line. Presently she does not seem to be suited to front line duties. Please give her the necessary training with regards to dealing with people.
Went into their Springfield store 16.11.22 to have my laptop sorted out. Was assisted by Perebashni who is extremely knowledgeable. She gave me the best advice. My computer was ready on time, as promised. Work was carried out by Irfaan who explained exactly what was done. It was a pleasant experience dealing with friendly staff. I would definitely recommend you to this store.
I recently purchased a vehicle from McCarthy Toyota Pinetown and I would like to sincerely thank Suren Sivai and Shanelle Thompson for their EXCELLENT SERVICE. I booked my vehicle in for a service at SMG UMHLANGA on 13.05.2022. and was assisted by Deven from the Service Department. I would like to place on record that his customer service was excellent. My vehicle was ready for me on time, as promised with everything done as requested. I am extremely happy with the Dealership and the Professional manner in which they operate. I lodged a claim in April 2021 and to date Liberty cannot confirm the amount that would be paid. I am disgusted with the SERVICE received from Liberty Life as their staff do not respond to emails sent to Info@Liberty or ever call you inspite of them promising to do so when you call them on 0860456789. They have all kinds of excuses and look for loopholes to delay payment. It is obvious that their staff are not efficient or properly trained to excute their duties. When you call you would be made to hold for 10-15minutes before someone asks you for all the policy info that i supplied them more than 10 time.( which includes a reference number that was supplied by Liberty when the claim was registered). It is a clear indication that the Senior staff have been placed in positions that they are inexperienced to perform, and, the management do not take their clients seriously. My advise to anyone-Do not buy any product marketed by Liberty as they quick to debit you, but in the event of a claim have all kinds of excuses including being under staffed TO DELAY PAYMENT. I have had a bad experience and will never ever deal with liberty again.
I needed a letter confirming that an account was closed. I first tried calling the telephone number listed (0860 123 000) and thought that the confirmation could be emailed to me. I was pleasantly surprised at the inefficiency of 6 people that I spoke to in different departments. They kept transferring me from one person to another. This is a clear indication that your frontline staff are inexperienced and need proper training. I then decided to visit the Amanzimtoti branch in KZN. The Covid 19 procedures were strictly adhered to, but the service from staff needs improvement. I was assisted by Desiree Cele, who took her own sweet time helping me. She looked at her emails and other stuff on her screen while being interrupted a few times by other staff while I sat there. What really amazed me is that she took AN HOUR to type a three line letter.(Should management require proof, kindly contact me-0837004330). I also enquired if she was new at the bank, and she said that she has worked at Standard Bank for ten years. To the Management of the Amanzimtoti branch, please motivate your staff to be efficient. Please do not keep your clients waiting unnecessarily. Your Branch seems to have enough staff, but managing them seems weak. I personally would never want to visit your branch again.

Visited the Springfield Outlet on Saturday 27-02-2021 for shoes. Was attended to by Nkosi and Justine. Both of them were Extremely pleasant to deal with.
